The worst secretary's ever,from the first to last phone conversation, rude,not helpful wrong birth sate to schedule appointments,doctors a little out there,the nurses are very professional and courtesy. I canceled all!

I seen this Dr. A few years back, and he was just awful. He proceeded to tell me that it's all in my head and that he's not willing to diagnose me with anything because "my anxiety was the problem" fast forward to two days ago. I had a heart attack, troponin levels at 3400 and I'm 29. Thanks for putting my life in danger. Please don't come here. Please take care of yourself, because this guy will let you die and not even care. He'll he makes enough money to not care about a single person who walks in here thanks for nothing. I hope to God he sees this and changes his ways so no one else can go through this. Do better yall.

6/13/2023: Dr. Fornace is a phenomenal doctor. He has been my doctor since 2009 - no one better than him. Since I am moving, I have to change doctors, otherwise, I would stay with Dr. Fornace for my whole life. Tiffany and Lin are wonderful as well - known them for almost 10 years. I know that anyone who has Dr. Fornace as their heart doctor is truly blessed. He was and is a blessing! To me, he is an angel. May God bless Dr. Fornace and his staff, especially Tiffany & Lin. No complaints and only praises in almost 15 years. East or west, Dr. Fornace is the best. Best regards, Ramesh Gulati.

Dr. Fornace is very professional and informative, but Tiffany and Colleen are not! Tiffany shouldn’t be on board because she says mean things to patients and never apologizes. I am very uncomfortable around both of them. I am changing Drs because of them and their rudeness in front of me and other patients who witnessed their behaviors.

Dr. Fornace is wonderful and funny. I got along great with him. His Ultrasound tech is also wonderful. My complaint is with the secretary who answers the phones. She really needs to knock her attitude down a notch. Update. I called 3 times and the phone system was not working? I came in today and was very shocked! The receptionist today was horribly rude. Said we are not seeing you due to your bad review!! Are you kidding me! I had this facility rated 4 stars previously. I have not altered the review from years ago. Now I am rating a 1 star for the unprofessional receptionist on 3/29/23 at 3:45 pm. So unprofessional, I am reporting to whatever board oversees the practice. Never have had such an issue any other practice. As a former Medical Professional I am very shocked! The phone is working now, unsure what the issue was? I have requested Alana the office manager to call me back.

Was a awesome dr but changed and the answering service was rude and after they put me on hold for 6 mins hung up on me I was trying to cancel my appointment since im sick .

My original Google review was from 4 years ago, updated today. Dr. Fornace is wonderful and funny. I got along great with him. His Ultrasound tech is also wonderful.
