I originally signed on with this doctor for allergy care when he had a Deland office. Shortly after being processed and paying for the serum, they closed the Deland office. I had to drive 30 minute each way each week to Ormond for care. I could never get an appointment for shots, they were rude when I called, and made life difficult to get a simple shot that took all of 2 minutes of their time. When you walk in, they FORCE you to use hand sanitizer before you can sign in without a simple hello. After many problems getting in to get a shot and getting behind on schedule because they would not accommodate me (a teacher who cannot leave in the middle of the day to drive 30 minutes each way for a simple shot), I finally had to switch to an office near me. This office was then difficult with both me and my new doctor's office when requesting records for my new doctor to take care of me. Believe me when I say this, do not go to this office. Find a place that will work with you and your schedule because allergy shots end up being a big part of quality of life. If I could I would give them Zero stars

I seriously wish the doctor would get rid of the African American lady (don’t know your name) who always always ALWAYS answers the phone she is extremely rude unprofessional at best and seriously needs to learn communicative skills and kindness and compassion too. She never solves any problems and everytime she puts us on hold she cuts us off. I don’t think she likes her job and certainly doesn’t make the patients feel at all like she gives a darn about them. If I could I would give zero stars just. Because of her, I always have to deal with her and I am just over her attitude and lack of everything caring mainly and how she does her job. If she left I would probably go back there. 100%.

I had a virtual meeting with Dr. McLaughlin. He had reviewed my health issues prior to our visit. . He was attentive, asked good questions, and recommendations on further evaluation after blood work. I have been dealing with these issues with other doctors and haven’t had any relief. I believe Doctor is dedicated to finding out my problems. Sincerely, R Kent Flanagan

Very knowledgeable and professional. spent time asking me about my medical issues. I had a great deal of confidence in his treatment.

We recently switched pediatricians after having a rough experience at another. This was exactly what we hoped for so far. It was a very clean office. They were very punctual. The doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable. As a healthcare worker myself, I come in contact with many healthcare facilities and am usually disappointed by something. I honestly have nothing to be critical over. Dr. McLaughlin seems to be a very good doctor.

I had my appointment March 2012 and as a new patient, to me, first impressions mean a great deal--this office from check-in to check-out were fantastic! Not only were the front office staff and nursing staff courteous and professional, but so was the man himself; Dr. McLaughlin. They are very punctual; I didn't even have to wait 10 minutes to be called back, which is a great start! But I was truly impressed that each and every staff member had a smile on their face and were truly genuine. Dr. McLaughlin himself has excellent bedside manner and doesn't scurry away if you have questions that you would like answered. He and his staff make you feel at ease...which is helpful when you're stressed about allergies (ha ha). I would highly recommend this office to anyone who suffers allergies and is looking for relief (and a friendly smile too).
