Erica O'donnell's Online Review Report Card

Writing a review to warn others. My husband and I received a discharge letter in the mail letting us know to find a new provider within 30 days because Erica O’Donnell discharged us from her practice. I am a nurse and have worked in internal medicine office before and I know this could happen with patients who are disrespectful, combative, etc. However, my husband and I never had any issues with the office and I could not understand why this happened. Honestly, I thought it was a mistake so I called and got transferred over to the office manager who told me that if we received a letter in the mail it was not done in error… without even getting my information. I asked if there was a way that he could provide us with a reason so we would know why it happened and he said no. I am still shocked- if I am being discharged from a practice I should at least know why so I can prevent it from happening again, without a reason it leaves the patient wondering indefinitely what we might have done to upset the office/physician.

I would no more recommend this doctor than drink antifreeze. I waited two hours for my annual wellness check and not only filled out the questions but was asked twice about the answers by two different individuals before seeing her. They issued orders without asking that my oncologist issues so I didn't take them. Obvious there is no communication between nurses and doctor. They called me regarding my cholesterol and wanted a follow up app to discuss - really? Should only require a phone call. Dr wanted a lot of additional blood work for surgery that surgeon didn't require - totally not needed. Pathetic display of control.

These people call me multiple times a day and when I call back I get an answering service. The lady was EXTREMELY rude. They can't even tell me why they are calling.

I’ve been a patient for going on 6 years. Fabulous staff and service. They have gone over and beyond for me!

Very friendly and helpful office staff but unorganized and unprofessional medical staff. Did not listen to my questions. Next visit tried to push a powder juice supplement instead of discussing vitamin supplements. Next visit, after waiting an hour for a scheduled appointment I was rushed out of my visit before it was complete. Follow up visit staff was in the room next to me loudly discussing their fevers and illnesses while testing each other (strep, covid, or flu, I’m not sure) I could go on for paragraphs about this place. I gave this office several chances but will not be going back.

The nurse practicioner (who I see), Jessica Hills, is lovely. She is attentive, understanding, and enthusiastic about caring for her patients. If it weren't for her, I would never come back to this office. The office staff is extremely rude and dismissive, genuinely some of the most unpleasant people I have had the displeasure of speaking with. I also have to wait over an hour and a half past my appointment time to be seen every single time I go in, without fail. Don't expect a good experience calling them, either. They will let the phone ring for several minutes, have the audacity to be straight up mean when they answer, and then tell you they can't help you/aren't available no matter your request (appointment scheduling, clinical questions, referrals, records, etc). I would be utterly embarassed to behave at work like this.

I would not recommend Dr.O’Donnell! Been going to her for over 20 years and in the last 2 years I’ve been seeing her PA and love her, but for some reason they had me see De. O’Donnell and I spent an hour with her being totally ignored and anytime I had a question she just ignored me. At the end of appointment, with getting no help from her she started to walk out of the room, in which I followed and she said, “I don’t have time for you I have other patients to see”. I was so hurt and have decided I will never go back! She has lost all respect for her patients and it’s just about the $.

Dr O'Donnell often gives the impression of being rushed but she does take the time to explain her answers. Love ARNP Jessica. She is calm and takes as much time as needed with you.

I am a patient out of Erica's office with a different Dr and the Answering service is very unhelpful and rude. In my opinion

I've been in medical field for 35 years.I have never met a physician so unprofessional as O Donnell.I went in to have my disability evaluated there was no physical exam she just sat at her computer charting no interaction very clinically weak.
