Top of the line. Knowledgeable, personable, a good listener, takes a genuine interest in your case, and with a sense of humor. If I could give him six stars, I would. He is a wonderful health care provider.

My first visit to Dr. Thomas’ office was awesome. Everyone was so reassuring and makes you feel like you have come to the right place. Questions were answered professionally and with genuine kindness. All follow up calls with his staff have been helpful and again answered with kindness. Would highly recommend Dr Thomas and his whole office.

Office charges more to a patient that has insurance than a patient that is self pay….Why is that?

Dr Thomas has been treating my whole family for years now. There just aren’t the words to explain what a caring, capable and compassionate man he is. I would trust Dr Thomas to treat any medical issues, in my experience he is not surgery happy. Dr Thomas treats his patients in the least invasive way possible first. My family feels like we have found a family member and not just a doctor.

Met him for an opinion on my knee arthritis. He has great communication skills. He explained the disease process and options. He did not rush. He was not arrogant. Rather he was kind and left me with confidence in him.

There aren't enough positive words to describe Dr. Thomas. He is simply amazing. From the first meeting with him, through finding out what my source of action was, he was right there, available for any question or concern I had. His staff is beyond amazing as well. They are so thoughtful and courteous, never make you feel that there is a dumb question or that you are bothering them. I wish there were more physicians like him, or that he could be my doctor for everything. Simply the best!

This guy clearly loves his job, and was eager to hear my situation and help - it was like I was presenting him with a puzzle to be solved, and he genuinely loved solving the mystery. It felt like we were working on a project together instead of the usual Expert talking to an idiot a lot of docs have a hard time concealing even if they are polite. The passion he had for wanting to solve my case was crystal clear, and all of his staff were of the same mindset - it may sound corny but it felt more like bringing a mystery to a detective agency than a doctor, in the best way. One of the very best medical professionals I have dealt with in my increasingly old age!

I am So pleased with Dr Frank Thomas. I would recommend him to anyone. In March 2016 I had 2 total double knee replacement surgery. He did a magnificent job with my care even treatment leading up to me deciding when I was ready for surgery. Dr Thomas and his staff is compassionate, caring and professional. Now I'm able to do all those things I lost due to severe pain. I regained my life back through surgery! Rhonda
