I don't have enough words to explain the professionalism of this Practice!

I had extensive mohs surgery. 2nd day, sutures began opening. I called office and was told sutures WERE NOT opening as if it was a figment of my imagination, that it was dry not fresh blood. A staff member actually presumed to argue w me and, in fact, was 100% wrong. I was surprised & offended at such insolence, espec since I never experienced this bf in this office. I called twice more to see Dr. Sevigny and was told first, she was busy w OTHER pts, then second, advised they don't make appts for her. The incision contd opening up. On my follow-up visit, an aid said, "All your sutures opened up!"; she used butterfly stitches, but it was too late. As a result, I have an unnecessarily (long) wide scar on my face. Shocking & grossly wrong!

After having a basal cell carcinoma Dr SEVIGNY did mohs surgery. I don’t even have a scar!!

I like a doctor who says the patient is the boss. She will give advice, but you will decide. Excellent doctor, office staff. Very efficient and good listeners.

Dr. Sevigny is a very fine dermatologist. She is very capable and knowledgeable. The staff is second to none. The office is run beautifully. They also answer the phone when you call which is very refreshing.

Just need a shout out to a spectacular practice! They are efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasure to see. I have a high deductible insurance and they have been amazing at making sure I know what to expect to be billed. I am pleased to recommend this practice for all your Dermatological needs.

Absolutely 5 stars for this amazing establishment! Very quiet and calm atmosphere made for a very enjoyable experience. The staff was beyond amazing! I saw Kathleen and she was very sweet and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions upon checkout, and the billing lady, I think her name was Sandra, was absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and was so kind and friendly! The office was very clean and I had prompt service! I would definitely recommend OBD to anyone in the area looking for a dermatologist!!!
