Absolutely the worst urgent care I probably have ever been to. I went to get a covid test four days ago three days later they tell me it takes TEN days to get results what??? The doctor said she would give me a note to go back to work and I said I would wait till I got a negative covid test. I call back four days later after getting my results that you have to download an app for tell them it’s negative and ask for a doctor note so I can go back to work. The lady on the phone says I have to be seen by a doctor again which means my insurance would be ran again and I would have to pay for another appointment the doctor I saw the first day never said that to me not was I under that impression. Please save your time and go somewhere else. Trust me.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Henson and Alicia. Both showed true compassion and care. I only wish I could elect Dr. Henson as my primary physician as I felt immediate comfort with him. Alicia was very kind hearted herself. It was a pleasure seeing them both. Will HIGHLY recommend this facility as it is a rarity to feel this comforted and relieved after dealing with most medical offices today.

If I could give this place no stars I would. No where does it say on the website nor the door to the business that they will denie you help 30 mins before they close. The lady at the front desk stated thats is not the website but I pulled it up and caught her in a lie. Then she points down to a peace of paper tapped to the front of the desk that says no one will be admitted 30 mins pior to close. If you have this as a rule you need to post it on the door and on the website. The lady at the front counter didnt like when I told her that she was wrong and I walked out. Will never go backk here again .

I could not afford to go to the er they saw me 15 min before closing stayed open late were very understanding nice and worked with me. Im blown away by the empathy of Dr. Hensin. Highly recommend
