My daughters usually see Nicole when we go and we LOVE her. I honestly couldnt ask for a better Dr to treat my kids. There staff is always so sweet and great with my kids and I never have any problems getting appts when they are under the weather. They ALWAYS go above and beyond

We went here twice with our daughter and both times were very disappointed.The NP that treated our daughter was rude rolled her eyes at us seemed overwhelmed with everything. We wont go again.

Rude and stuck up office staff. 4560 min wait time beyond the actual appointment time. Misinform and misrepresent. Ready to prescribe antibiotics no matter what. Sent me to ER with a 3 week old baby for antibiotics just to discover two days later he did not need them Just like Halifax Hospital bad customer service and poor treatment. RUN.

Parents DO NOT take your children to this medical group unless you are looking for a Practice that is ONLY good to give your kids shots. You will NEVER be able to count on them when your baby is sick and you walk in the office. They treat their patients as transactions. Unfortunately Google does not have “Zero” star review.A mother of an 8 month old baby.

This office is a hit or miss with way more misses. Their nurse hotline is subpar and sometimes takes days to return a phone call. When you have an infant with a temperature over 102 its pretty important to receive a call back at least the same day. Ill give todays scenario that seems to be a going theme for this office meaning this very scenario happens nearly every time. We arrived 15 minutes early as suggested by the office. They were able to bring us back to see the nurse who was nice and took our information at the scheduled time. We were then left waiting for over 45 minutes without a word as to why. Thats where I am at now. 45+ minutes and still waiting to be seen by a doctor. The appointment was over 50 minutes ago. My advice avoid this place. Update we were seen exactly 71 minutes after the nurse left the room. Not once did anyone pop their head in to say anything about our wait. I had to step out to make sure we werent forgotten about. When I did I was told that one of the appointments earlier went longer than anticipated and caused a backup. I dont see how it would have caused THAT long of a delay. Either way. Im actively searching for other healthcare providers in the area.

My childrens health insurance changed and this practice is one of the few that takes their insurance. Ok not much of a choice how bad could they be. It starts with the office staff who seems to not have it together at all Starting on July 5 2018 I dropped off all necessary paperwork to start my childrens new file and the medical release form to send to our old doctor. I was told it would take about a week or so so call the following week. I called July 16th to find out that Connie who takes care of the medical records lost our paperwork to have the medical records released from our old doctor. Went and dropped it off in person again and Connie told me that she would send it out right away. Already knowing who I was dealing with I took the medical release to our old doctor in person and thank goodness for that since Connie still had not sent it out Wednesday July 18th. If they cant even get the paperwork done properly what in the world is actual appointment with the doctor going to be like?? Hoping they get it together quickly

I am very unhappy and am looking to switch pediatricians office. I do not have a problem with the doctors. I have a problem with the practice. My experiences so far I called the on call doctor once for my sick child I got zero phone calls back. I have called twice for appointments for my sick child and both times that has zero appointments available. I have called 3 times for a prescription refill for my child and they have yet to call me back. Im flabbergasted at this service. We moved here from out of state and would have never been treated his way at previous pediatrician.
