Had an appointment at the office and was very impressed. Amber worked with me leading up to the appointment to help make sure I had everything I needed and that was a huge help since I’m not that familiar with going to a specialist. Dr Offenberg was courteous and professional. I didn’t feel rushed like you do at some other offices where the Dr just wants to see you but then hurries out to the next room. 10/10 would recommend based on the Dr, helpful staff, and cleanliness of office.

Dr. Offenberg confirmed the diagnosis made by my primary care doctor and treated my condition with a minimal amount of prednisone and then tapered the treatment off carefully. I would definitely recommend him.

It is an absolute pleasure working with Dr. Offenberg and his medical team. Jessie, Amber, Lisa and Dr. Offenberg are always patient, helpful, and attentive. Jessie always goes above and beyond! WOW a doc that actually listens & cares. He treated me with respect & asked real questions. The receptionist is nice & on point. Docs assistant gave 1 of the best injections I've ever had & so nice. This was my 1st time there & I look forward to going back in 2 weeks. If there's anyone who can help me, this group can 😊

I am having a family emergency in FL and due to a mess at my job need to see a Rheumatologist here for leave paperwork and to establish a Dr./patient relationship. When I first called over a week ago, I couldn't get a word in edgewise with the receptionist, who told me I couldn't do anything without a "referral". My insurance doesn't require me to have a referral to be seen, but I had my PCP do it anyway. I get emailed that my PCP faxed it and to call the office. Again...I can't get more than 3 words out and I finally tell them I have the referral they wanted...no no.... They need my RECORDS not a referral... So I'm supposed to send my records to a random doctor I have never met and so they can decide... What exactly? But, sure. I need to do this, so I have my Rheumatologist send my records over. Days later I miss a call but can't get through after a 45min hold and then the office closed so the hold message changed to tell me to call back during regular business hours. I call today to get told that it is the doctor's preference to not treat patients with my medical problem. Maybe I could have known this a week ago if anyone had bothered to try and help me rather than never finding out anything about me, wasting all my doctor's time and my own? I can't imagine this would have ended up being a positive experience if I had actually been seen, so I guess I dodged this bullet. And if the doctor actually does listen to his patients, maybe he could impart some of that skill to his staff so other people don't feel like I do right now?

I have been seeing Dr Offenberg since 2014. My RA has been under control for most of that time with very little medication. He is very empathetic, caring and confident in his care. I wouldn't go to anyone else.
