Great staff. Very friendly and efficient. The nurse practitioner was compassionate, as I was in pain. He and his assistant listened to my issues and concerns. Definitely quicker and more comfortable than going to ER. I felt better before leaving.

Will NEVER make the mistake of coming here again! We filled out the online preregistration and walked in only to find out they don't get any of the information and I had to fill out all of the paperwork again. Also, don't be fooled if you are an existing Halifax patient, this place has its own rules on what insurance it accepts, even if it's pictured on the front window! Don't waste your time going to this place. You are better off going elsewhere!

Their window sign says they accept Humana, but when you present a Humana insurance card they will tell you they don’t accept that insurance.

My husband cut his finger pretty good on a grater. Express care took him right in glued his finger and he was right out of there. He said he had a very pleasant experience and the staff was very friendly! Thank you!

I live 32 minutes away from here & came yesterday for a pre employment drug screening. Apparently the MA had an “emergency” and had to go so she wasn’t there to help me even though the girl at the desk told me it wasn’t really an “emergency”…. I waited 20 min but she never came back so I had to leave. I come back the next morning and they are here now but I’ve been waiting for 1 hour and 30 min as of this post with no indication that I’ll be helped soon. I recommend not coming here and going somewhere else.

I specifically asked how long the wait was since there was 3 people in the waiting area I was told it was a 15 minute wait after an hour and a half I was still waiting..... then I attempted to go somewhere else only to find I'd have to wait another hour plus so I went right back and they were going to refuse to see me saying I verbally abused the staff after I explained my situation they finally agreed to see me then had to deal with getting the prescription they said they sent in which wasn't sent over 4 hours later. At the end of the day they stopped answering my calls regarding the prescription! Definitely don't recommend this place. Worst urgent care I've ever been to. There is no express service here.

the provider was really sweet and I appreciate that due to pass experience with Halifax hospital, she present urgent care team are much professional, kind and it meant a lot although it wasn't much they could do for me . The time I entered to I left the experience was a 10 . Keep up the good work, you have my vote . Thank you for you guys service

waste of time, rot in the checkup room just to leave an hour and a half later. every staff member audibly laughing in the other room and just on their phones. nurse was nice but doctor didn’t want to do their job or was on lunch break and made it my problem. not cool.not to mention the booger stains on the wall.
