I have found them to be wonderful and caring. From front desk to the back. I love this doctor-he is caring, takes his time, and staff is kind.

Truly the best and most thorough physician. The ARNP and nurse are wonderful as well. They truly care and are so helpful. It is difficult to get through to the front office to make an appointment. It seems like their phone tree is broken.

They’re so sweet here the drs are amazing i live all the way in port orange and still drive here. They actually care.

I could not say enough nice things about Dr Jeanty. Unfortunately there are not enough good things to out weigh the bad when it comes to his practice. Front desk is rude and unknowledgeable, the billing department is dismissive and the communication is nonexistent. The nurse though was always kind and warm. We have been trying to call for the last two days with no answer if that tells you anything.

Dr. Jeanty is Amazing. The New Front desk girl is rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. She's immature in handling situations that could easily be fixed. She will put you on hold and never return.

Dr Jeanty himself is great. It is unfortunate that his office staff and billing department aren't. They didn't charge the other insurance I had on file and after 90 days that insurance won't submit payment any longer. They let me rack up a bill for 3 years and not once told me that my insurance wasn't paying them so I had no way of knowing or resolving. Not until I got my daughter to the office for an appointment to look into my daughters breathing problem did they tell me that they won't see her until it is all paid. Very unprofessional. I love Dr jeanty but if your office can't get insurance and billing done properly I can't continue.

Dr. Jeanty was my son’s pediatrician and I can’t say enough good things about him. He is attentive, he listens, and I never felt rushed. I haven’t found a dr like him since. The only reason we don’t see him anymore is because we moved.

I saw Dr Jeanty years ago for my son. We adored him but his staff was unprofessional, rude and made the whole experience outside of seeing the doctor just miserable. A good friend of mine just had a baby and asked me to recommend a pediatrician. Dr Jeanty was the first to come to mind. I warned her about the staff but said it had been years since I have been so maybe things are better. After reading the recent reviews, I’m shocked to see the same complaints this many years later. And to the staff, if you read these reviews, your negativity and annoyed demeanor unfortunately is the most talked about part of Coastal Pediatrics. Maybe you should all try being a positive part of someone’s day instead of the opposite.

You will never find a Pediatrician better than Dr. Jeanty. He truly cares for each child and the family. He’s very personable, calm, and kind.
