I really loved Dr Mas after meeting with him but the office staff needs an attitude adjustment. The nurse who started the testing was digging in my arm and when I told her so she just shrugged and said, "sorry ;-(" I stopped the testing and left. I didn't tell Dr Mas at the time and wished I had in deference to him. His office needs a really good cleaning, It is dingy! It is too bad his staff is so unfriendly because he is such a nice man.

I haven’t even been seen yet and my experience with the office staff leaves much to be desired. Everyone I’ve spoken with is rude and that doesn’t say much for the practice and even less for a physician to allow that to go on. You make an appointment with a physician because you don’t feel well and want to get to the bottom of it, not to be treated like dirt. Not to mention the fact that they want all monies up front if you haven’t met your deductible! Like a normal person would have $900 to just be able to give to them out the gate! I’d rather suffer with my allergies than to be treated like dirt by the office staff!

Recently moved to Florida and after being treated by the same doctor and practice for over 40 years have to say I was extremely disappointed.! Limited hours & days are always a challenge for the average working person. Every time you walk in the door you complete updated paperwork which I am more than OK with ! I find it extremely frustrating that the doctors don’t even read them an ask you the same questions that you just got done completing. Over all experience felt like a number not a patient

Wish all my prior physicians were like this. Very easy to talk to. He took the time to listen to my concerns. Seemed to be honest and caring. He did not pressure me into doing a lot of needless allergy tests. He is funny and has a good sense of humor.

An all around fabulous experience as a new patient. This office got me in quickly for asthma and the doctor really helped me to understand my situation and how to best treat it. I am very picky about my physicians and expect a great deal from them. This doc is tops on my list!

Dr. Mas helped with my itchy rash. He explained how to treat my very dry, itchy skin. It took several days to start feeling better but finally my itching is gone. Should have gone to see him months ago.
