Get s second opinion!! Another urologist prescribed a pill and and I am cured!! Dr. Schneider gave me Two expensive tests and sent me three letters saying if i didn’t accept her treatment I would “ eventually” die. Wrong diagnosis !!! Office personal we’re very rude. GET A SECOND OPINION!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Schneider’s since 2005. Through my surgery years ago, treatment, annual visits, she is an amazing doctor and her treatment is top notch. Today I call for my annual wellness appointment. I’m told her office only handles surgery pre/post visits from now on and we don’t do annual visits anymore. Basically, sorry, go find another doctor. No written notice to advise patients of this change or new doc recommendations. To say after 18 years I’m highly disappointed in how the office handled this change.

After going to the urology clinic in Ormond Beach, not this one, but the one with all the doctors that is one of the worst hell holes on earth, and then after going to the chain in Daytona Beach which was even worse if that is possible, I finally found Dr. Schneider. After the other place in Daytona which doesn't answer the phone for hours and is extremely dirty, I went here and found out I never had a UTI to begin with and they have been treating me with antibiotics for months at that other place and I never needed them at all. They did a catheter catch here to make sure it wasn't contaminated and it was negative and they had a great attitude. I highly recommend this place and highly highly recommend to stay away from the Daytona urologist on Health Road and also the one right near this office for Florida urology in ormond beach. This is the only place to go for me and I'm very grateful for Dr. Schneider.

This office is impossible to deal with! I am trying to obtain my medical records. Have left 4 messages requesting a call back. Have not received a response. Always have to leave a message. Have never spoken with a live voice! Very very dissatisfied with care and lack of follow-up!

I am surprised to see so many negative reviews of this fine doctor. She treated me for a number of years and I always found her to be competent, professional, and compassionate. I would not hesitate to return to her for treatment.

Rude staff. When the doctor finally walked in her big treatment plan was "relax your vagina". Showed the same symptom sheet to a different urologist and they diagnosed me with ms. News flash to Julie, ms suffers can't just "relax their vaginas".

I was disappointed in today’s visit I was scheduled for a cystoscopy and after waiting nearly two hours the procedure lasted five minutes and the Dr. Seemed bothered by my questions in regards to the different types of surgery’s. she was very condescending to me. I was also prescribed a drug for incontinence that costs $ 288.00 and wasn’t even told anything about it. I am very disappointed
