Find someone else Did not diagnose my problem or even come close.

I saw Dr Farrar this morning and I was very impressed. Both she and her staff are very friendly and thorough and they take their time answering your concerns.

Topnotch foot Care. I am diabetic so I need to go in four times a year to get my nails trimmed professionally. My other half needed minor toe surgery. We are both always handled with the utmost care. Her staff as well as dr. Farrar are amazing. They always give you a courtesy call a few days before your appointment to remind you.

I went to see Dr Farrar today in OB today and could not be more please with her and her staff. Very thorough and friendly.

I went to see her associate about pain that I am having in foot. After going through PT and wearing inserts with neither helping the associate left the practice so I had to see Dr. Farrar. I had anMRI done on my foot. She told me that she did not see anything that may be causing the pain. She said that it may be tarsal tunnel or PTTD. Tarsal tunnel was negative. I called office to see what was next she thought that my neck issue was causing my foot problem. I laughed. Her MA said she wanted me to go pain management for it. She basically washed her hands of my care. My primary care doctor saw on the MRI report an issue needs to be looked at because this may be causing my problem. I dont know why she see that on the MRI. This has upset me very much. It makes me feel like I dont matter.

Dr Farrar is so easy to talk to and focuses completely on your problem. She has resolved several issues for such as plantar fasciitis.

Beware. Do not buy inserts through her office. After 6 visits with different adjustments the inserts still did not work still causing pain. Despite their failure she will not give me any refund for the inserts and the 6 visits. She is more interested in getting as many people in and out as quickly as possible.

Ordered inserts and after 5 6 attempts to make them work and through some real pain with every step I gave up and went somewhere else. They will not refund the cost of the obviously incorrect inserts nor will they offer any sort of compensation for my time and effort.

Dr. Lisa seems to be a very good doctor. Her staff is terrible they don’t get back to you I called several times nobody answers back there on cooperative and they do a terrible job.

Lisa Farrar is a awesome doctor .She is specialized in Wound Care Heel Pain Hammer Toes Bunions fractures and Sprains .She really cares about her patients and staff.She is a excellent Surgeon and I would refer her to any my family and friends.
