I called Dr. Robbins’ office to schedule a routine physical exam for my son (age 22) who does not have insurance yet through his college - FSU. When I called to schedule the appointment with Dr. Robbins, I asked the receptionist for the price of an out of pocket appointment for patients without insurance. I was told $250, for a physical… That is completely absurd, and way overpriced. I understand that doctors will usually increase the price of services when a patient has insurance. However… in my experience, when I go to a doctor/dentist out of my network, the doctor will charge a lesser amount for the patient, since insurance is not being charged. I’ve called several other doctors offices for out of pocket prices for a physical exam. What I have found from calling around, out of pocket cost for a physical and exam is about $100, at the most. I think $250 for a 20 minute appointment to check vitals and run bloodwork is extremely overpriced, especially for a general practitioner. I would like to add… this doctor’s office does not even have the capability to accept payment for services by credit card. Payments can ONLY be made by cash or check. Very disappointing!

Wonderful experience. Needed a new primary care and was referred Dr. Robbins. She saw me on short notice and was very thorough. It was a extremely pleasant experience. Would recommend.

I write this review as a warning to others Not to go to Dr. Robbins if you’re looking for quality health care. First, my husband went to her for a heart issue and she doesn’t have an EKG machine in the office, so he had to drive out to an imaging facility. When I had an appointment with her, she told me that she didn’t believe in the COVID crisis and thought Dr. Fauci was a fraud. Because of this I began searching for another doctor, but ran out of my Asthma medication and after a lot of phone calls the end result was that she was booked for all of the next month and I should go to urgent care. The office is run in the most incompetent manner and the receptionist is curt, uncommunicative and completely lacking empathy. Because she wouldn’t refill my prescription, I had to increase the frequency of one medication which raised my blood pressure. Called to make an appointment, receptionist very rude, sounds , bored, didn't listen to a word I said and hung up in my face. Sad because dr Robbins could be a great dr but now I'll never know. Not dealing with rude staff

Very professional, she listens and has a no nonsense manner. Her staff is friendly and helpful. They treat me like an individual and know me by name. Love this doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Robbins since I had my heart failure and its because of her that I am alive today. A very knowledgeable Doctor!

Terrible terrible place to deal with. Incompetent receptionist and no response from Dr. Robbins. Been trying for over a week to get my 95 year old mother in to see her, as she is a regular patient, but keep getting the runaround. Definitely do not recommend her.

Wonderful diagnostician who saved my life in an urgent situation. Referred me to cardiologist who confirmed that Dr. Robbins saved my life. In 26 years she has taken great personal and professional care of me and referred me to the best specialist in the field needed for my conditions. I consider her a great doctor and friend and hope she stays healthy and never retires.

Your first appointment will be for 1 hour and every appointment after is for 30 mins. Dr Robbins gets to know her patients and really care about them as well. I hope she never retires cause she is really nice as well.

ALWAYS, takes her time to explain everything..... Caring Quality beyond most... Professional and up to date on services....can't say enough about this wonderful Doctor.
