Sandford Kinne's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Kinne was professional yet relatable. Janette (forgive me if I misspelled that) was excellent, helping me with paperwork, vaccinations, tests, etc. Very kind, attentive, appropriately amusing, understanding.

Dr Kinne was terribely rude. On my blood tests in April few items were extremely high suggesting kidney problems. He ordered new lab in 3 months. I asked if we could include another test (one my husband who is in perfect health asked him for as well) Dr Kinne approved. When my husband and I went to see him for our annuals he yelled at me for requesting unnecessary test. (BTW he did not yell st my husband for requesting the same test). He kept being rude to me. The visur was very unpleasant as Dr Kinne continued his rude ways. I was silent fearing his mood and only responded as needed. He also did not remember that my tests were very high suggesting kidney issues and the reasons to run the tests again. He did not remember he sent me to a cardiologist for another issues or any tests that came back from that. At the end of our visit he opened the door and yelled to his staff to go and find me another doctor... essentially he wil not treat me. The entire office was shocked at this looking at the doctor's strange behavior. If you decide to see this doctor you can definitely verify this

Was very detailed in her explanations and answered all our questions. She made sure to include the family as well as my father in the discussions. She was very informative and if I lived in Florida, I would have no hesitations in having her as one of my doctors. She deserves 5 stars on all areas, including professionalism.

Dr Kinne is okay. He is thorough and knowledgeable. He doesn't listen well but he is okay. The office staff is HORRIBLE. Bad attitudes and they dont respond to inquiries. I was provided with some literature following a medical examination. The Dr. and I never discussed anything regarding that literature or the condition. I assumed it was an error and inquired at the office desk. I was told someone would contact me, nothing. My inquiries into my concerns were ignored, no callbacks after 3 of my messages. On the 4th try, I received a call back to make a MD appointment. Advised that the office manager is "right here", I was put on hold. The call went to voice mail, with no callback. It should be within my patient rights to inquire on office documents I receive from office staff. The literature (re: a chronic and progressive disease) came out of nowhere, so I assumed the desk staff was in error. Not the quality of communication I expect from a medical provider.

This facility is a gem. It has made attending to basic medical needs easy. They have a lab, X-ray, MD appts plus they open early and better yet they answer the phone between us 12-1 when all other MD offices close down for lunch. Just when the rest of us take lunch and make phone calls. I felt welcomed, my visit was thorough, plan for continued care was complete and, better yet, I have email access to my MD which he answers is a short time and consistently. I am glad I found this place . They also take more insurances than most others. Like I said, a gem.

Dr. Kinne: is an excellent doctor-very straight forward and tells you like it is and give good advice on how to stay healthy. His manner is professional and he has a good personality. Never rushed me and explained technical information to me in an understandable way.

I saw Kinne several times and the last time he was so bad that I can't continue using him. Extremely arrogant and condescending. No help because he assumes everything and never listens. I couldn't let him care for my pets now.

Absolutely the worst doctor visit I ever had. I am sure he was having a bad day but I couldn't let him care for my pets

Dr. Kinne is very patient and listens to the PT. and does his best to understand what's going on. He gives a very good plan for your health.

My experience with Dr Kinne and his nurse, Jeanette was amazing! Such compassionate care......He listened to me intently and has a lovely bedside manner.....KUDOS, DOC!!!
