This doctor failed to refill an extremely necessary and important prescription. As a result, my mother-in-law had severe withdrawals from her medication. This is inexcusable and the medication was supposed to be provided to the pharmacy 3 days ago. Somebody this inept handling the lives of others should probably find a new career.

Patient, caring, explains conditions better than any doctor I have seen. Wait time is ridiculous. Needs to schedule patients further apart!
