Our office called to get a lab order for a mutual patient that came to the Halifax PO outpt lab, however, the order had incorrect dx codes to cover the labs ordered. When our lab personnel called, the receptionist was UNNECESSARILY RUDE AND NASTY to both our office staff as well as the patient. Yelled at our office staff and stated "I am not a child, YOU listen to ME". All we were trying to do was assist the patient and your staff made it more difficult that it needed to be.

While the dr is nice and efficient, she doesn't delve whatsoever into the patient needs or wants. Only on the immediate problem even if there's several. I gave up on her being my primary care physician.

My husband, Mark and myself have been coming to Dr. Hernandez office for many years. She and her staff have always taken time to listen and solve our issues and find a solution. Doctor Hernandez has been my physician for the pasted 13 years. She is the only doctor I see as the does my pap test too. She provides all the services I need and if there are any issues she follows up. I am so happy to have her as my Dr. If you want a great doctor she will be the one to get.

I really enjoy Dr. Hernandez and her whole staff. When I meet with Dr. Hernandez she always listens and follows up. She has always taken her time with me and has communicated well. It is easy for me to call the office and ask a question and ask for refills. When I move I will make the drive to go see her.
