This doctor did not even look me or my husband in the eye. He would not answer questions. He made us feel rushed. He did not ask about my husband's health background. He thought my husband was in there for torn rotator cuff, but he was in there for treatment of post-stroke chronic pain syndrome but this doctor didn't take time to find out. My husband was a new patient. The doctor didn't even review my husband's health records and didn't even ask to see the pain meds we brought to the office. He was in a rush to leave by 2pm; his patient was not a priority. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR; HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE!

Referred here by my back Doctor. Called first to find out how much my portion would be, was informed by billing of my exact amount. Arrived for appointment after filling out all forms to include that I had received spinal injections 2 months prior with negative results, finally see the Doctor. The Doctor starts explaining the procedure for spinal injections, I stated “Doctor, I just had these injections 2 months ago and they made it worse why would you want to repeat this”? Doctor replies OH! if you already had these there’s nothing I can do for you because spinal injections is all we do. So after seeing the Doctor for all of 5 minutes O leave after paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket for nothing. You’d think someone would have read the information the asked me for stating that I had the injections 2 months ago. I leave very frustrated and hundreds of dollars out of pocket for a 5 minute Doctor visit. Thinking lesson learned, nope there not done yet. I get a new bill for more money. WHAT????? Yes you owe more money because we did a drug test on you!!! HUH!!!! But the Doctor said there was nothing he could do for my pain? Yes but we drug test all our patients. But I’m not a patient, remember. Sorry you owe us more money. They refused to listen to reason and provided zero service. For which I’m out hundreds of dollars. AVOID THIS OFFICE OR YOU WILL BE OVER CHARGED!!!

very rude and all they want to do is give shots which make matter worse WHEN i refused the shots know they want to put a pain pump in me

Dr. Rathy Joseph is very rude & automatically thinks you're there for an Oxy script. She never let me express my issues & right away treated me as if I was an addict. She's definitely in the wrong field!

Very organized and efficient. Very caring and professional staff.

They treat you like a criminal . Staff and doctors are rude and arrogant . Stay away from this place

Been a patient for 2 years always cordial and professinal!! Great office. Yvonne/Amy are my caregivers and Dr. Geo the BEST!!!😀

I've been seeing Dr. G ( his nickname) for 3 years ! I really have no complaints other than he never seems to want to sit and talk. I realize he's busy, when I go into his practice theres always more then a few people waiting for their turn with him, but this isn't an excuse. He needs to give each and every one of us at least 15 minutes, we pay for his time. I've needed to talk to him several time's about my medication, and each and every time he say's, "we'll discuss it next time, and out the door he goes !! The next month rolls around and the same thing. He's actually very quick to exit the door before you have a chance to get another word in, almost like he has blinders on and cotton in his ears. I recently saw him 2 weeks prior to my once a year vacation, for a month ! I asked him to only write me a prescription for 2 weeks, and I'd come back in 2 weeks and get a full month's, so I could enjoy my vacation with out worrying about running out of my meds, or dealing with pain while trying to conserve my meds. Here again, there was no discussion, the only thing he said was "NO, I can't do that !!! And...Out the door he went !! My husband see's another pain doctor, he had Dr. Sharma, and after his 2nd back surgery, she decided to cut his meds in half, something he wasn't ready to do, his surgery was only done 2 months prior to her doing this, but that's another story in it's self. My point is, His doctor did exactly what I asked mine to do. Write a script for 2 weeks, allowing him to come back in 2 weeks to get a full months of. He didn't even have to go back, his doctor "listened", and gave him both scripts that day, and saved him $50 ! Dr. G could be a great doctor, but he needs to retire if he's that burnt out he doesn't bother to listen to his patients. I'm talking 15 minutes, not a whole hour for goodness sakes!! My $50 is coming out of my measly pension / disability. I can't afford this every month but I do it because the government says I have to!!. needless to say, I'll be looking for another doctor after my vacation. I have nothing vindictive to say about this whole practice, but it kind of reminds me of a pill mill, as long as he hands me my script every month, he feels he's doing his job!! And that's not enough !! It's too important to not have time to listen to concerns of his patients, I hope Dr. Malick reads this, and has a heart to heart with Dr. G. or he may find his practice under scrutiny once again!! One last comment, I had an MRI done, prescribed by my Family Dr., and requested a copy be sent to Dr. G. I know he received it, and asked him about the results. he didn't have it in hand at the time, and told me he'd review it, and we'd talk the next appointment, which...never happened. I once again brought it up, and same thing, next time !! Sadly, as I said, I'll be looking for a doctor who spends time with me, I'm not happy being on pills, but I can't seem to get anywhere with this Dr. Ok, Rant over!! Thanks !!

I would never allow this individual to see me again. I was in the ER due to a malfunction with my pain pump, which sent me into an overdose of Fentenyl. When I called PRC, I was told he was on call and would return my call. He didn't and I was forced to call again. When he understood the issue, I needed info about the pain pump and the level of medicine in it, he said that I was at the hospital and suggested I call the office on Monday. He then hung up on me.
