Residential Home Health of Lapeer, MI exceeded our expectations during a very difficult time. All their personnel went above and beyond normal course of duties to get our mom into the program quickly and provided attentive care and compassion throughout the process in starting with home health and then transitioning to hospice. I highly recommend this organization, and the use of their on-staff Doctor, and only wish they had more locations back in my home state of NY. A very special thanks to Rebecca Mills for expediting intake and to our personal nurse Sasha - what a beautiful soul. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Horrible. I cannot believe that the hospital recommended them for our family members end of life care. Couldn't get medications, equipment, impossible to get a hold of, would be told a nurse was coming by and they just wouldn't show up. When we finally had enough and decided to switch to another company they made that process impossible and we had to go corporate to get transferred. Would NOT recommend.

We regularly did not receive ordered supplies, including the last 2 orders before we were discharged. Upon discharge, we were told they would contact our doctor and coordinate services through home health which, 6 days later, they still have not done.

Residential Home Health is an outstanding company on every level. The care provided by the health care staff and administrative staff is nothing short of exceptional. My father began receiving nursing, physical therapy and occupational therapy services in Nov 2021 at his independent living. He recently moved to a new assisted living facility and we are delighted that Residential services his new region! Their compassion, dependability and overall willingness to go over and above for their patients is evident in everything they do. As a health care provider myself, I recognize the challenges to consistently receive good, reliable health care. Our Mom is cared for by an amazing Residential team of Hospice Helpers in her assisted living facility in Vassar. Ashley, Barb, John and Chris are a spectacular form of support, not only for Mom...but for her family as well. Communication with a Dementia patient is extra important, and they make a point to relay extra messages to our family. Thankful, grateful and so very blessed to have this crew of Angels for Team MJ!🙏
