We have used Northwoods Pediactrics for years and have exclusively been seeing Dr. Klimis for 4 years. She is an amazing doctor who cuts straight to the point, while still being professional and thorough.

How is this lady in the pediatric field!? She has horrible bedside manners and is not about patient care. She never made eye contact with her nor I. My daughter came in for her 17yr check-up, she was misdiagnosed with depression. After the visit the doctor never came back in the room to inform me my daughter didn't score so well on her depression questionnaire, the nurse broke the news to me by handing a referral to a therapist in the hallway! Depression is nothing to take lightly now and days, she should have came back in the room and answered the 21 questions i had after being told such alarming news. Never again, she needs to lose her license

I have four kids and I’ve seen Dr Klimis several times since we have been going to Northwoods Pediatric Center. She shows no concern or interest in the children, of all the times we’ve seen her, she still doesn’t know anyone’s name. Besides “take a big deep breath” and “say ah” she does not speak to the children. She has a horrible bedside manner. She always scurries in the room, doesn’t look into our chart to look at specialists or anything we’ve been to or what the child’s history is, stays in the room for 5 minutes max and just prescribes a bunch of medications. My last time there I overheard her in the hallway gossiping about my daughter and I, calling me stupid for not giving my daughter(who doesn’t have asthma) asthma medication. The description of her on the Practices brochure is the complete opposite of what you’ll get with this doctor.
