Unable to get anyone to call me back. Forget about refills. The requests go nowhere. I tried to get Debbie (nurse) to call me back or call in my prescriptions. Never happens. I'm ready to move on to another gastro doctor.
I wouldn’t know. I do know the people working appointments/scheduling and the people that are responsible for returning insurance related phone calls…need additional training. IMO, they are awful. Both my wife and I received text messages confirming Friday afternoon appointments with Dr. Lin. After we confirmed the appointments we received additional confirmation from Gastro Health via texts. Now, three days before the appointments, we find out that their offices are closed on Friday afternoons! Luckily we called them today about an insurance question (since they never returned our calls) and found this out…otherwise we would have driven there Friday and found a closed office. PSA…look elsewhere, in my opinion this place’s front office staff is incompetent.
Dr. Lin is an amazing doctor. His office staff, unfortunately, has been unresponsive to United Healthcare and me regarding an overpayment from the summer of 2021. Office staff continually says they will send information to UHC and they fail to do so. I now have the United Healthcare IRT working on getting my money back and the office staff is unresponsive to their requests. While I understand that physicians want to be paid in advance, there is a moral responsibility to return overpayments to customers promptly. If indifference and not caring for customers was a crime, some of their office workers would be facing the death penalty.

Dr Lin is an excellent doctor and communicator. Very attentive and patient and answers all questions in a manner I can understand.
Terrible terrible experience. The doctor was alright. Asked me to get some tests done and then would call me back to discuss them. 5 weeks later no call. I try calling but always go to voicemail for his nurse debbie. Left 2 messages no call back in 2 weeks. If youre too busy to return a patients calls, dont take on more patients!!!!
Kind listens and understands the cost of scripts U don’t feel rushed.
I’ve seen him now for about two years and in my experience I’ve waited a bit for an appointment at times. Once scheduled, I’ve never waited long in the waiting room but have also never felt rushed in the office. He’s helped me control a progressing ulcer, and practically erased my horrible GERD issues, utilizing both medication and dietary changes. Refill requests are done sometimes same day, always very quickly. He explains things fully with examples and maintains a very positive attitude throughout.
Dr. Lin is a great doctor. He spends a lot of time with you so that you understand what is needed for your situation. Not only is he knowledgeable, he is personable and friendly.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
