If you are looking for a surgeon I would NOT recommend Benjamin Thomasson or his "scheduler". My first experience at this place, I waited over 1.5 hours to be seen. Although annoyed, I have been in pain for some time and didn't want to have to find another doctor so I waited it out. After meeting him, still not a fan of his arrogance and fast talking. I did bring images with me, that the doctor was uninterested in and told me the issue could not be seen on an x-ray. He put in orders for me to get MRI, which I got done. I called to schedule follow up (didnt wait as long to be seen) met with him again where we discussed surgery but first I would need CT scan. He stated after the CT scan his wife Jessica would be in touch with me to schedule the surgery. I got the CT scan within the same week. I waited a 1.5 weeks and heard nothing. I called and left multiple messages with Liz at the front desk. (waiting at least 1 week in between calls) Liz said she can see the orders and she would leave another message for her. I expressed to Liz, that if the scheduler was waiting on the insurance company or authorization to please just let me know so I knew what to expect. Here we are going on 6 weeks and I still have not received a call back from the "scheduler". (for the record, the order for surgery was never even submitted to the insurance company as I called my insurance) People, file complaints with your insurance company, Medicare or whoever you have. Get doctors like this out of our network. If they were uninterested in treating me, they could have communicated so I was not waiting around for something they never intended to help with. I could have found another doctor and not suffered longer.

Most arrogant doctor I've ever met. Terrible bedside manner, barely looked at me, was in and out of the room in 1 minute. Found a much better surgeon to repair my knee, sometimes rejection is redirection.

Dr Benjamin treat my son with professionalism ,his staff are amazing team. They book my appt same day and gave me a peace of mind with my son knee injury. I will definitely recommend this Dr to any athletes or any person with bone injury.

Extremely disappointed - an unprofessional waste of time The staff never entered my appointment. 45 minutes past appointment time the doctor still had not shown up - with 9 people now in the waiting room. Left as at 3rd in line the estimate was at least another hour.

Dr Benjamin Thomasson and his team are A+ service. Excellent physician, very professional and caring, he answered all our questions and make sure we were comfortable, also he was very nice to my special needs child when he started asking questions about the posters he has on his office. I feel so blessed for being under his care for my injured knee. 100% recommended. You ARE in good hands!! God bless you Dr Thomasson

He explained all my options where I can understand and was not rushing me out of the office or trying to persuade me to have surgery. Really nice and dresses great.

He is by far amazing, wow, he is so knowledgeable and explained my whole xray and issue and the resolution, the best Dr. that I've ever seen and so sweet and empathetic. Thankyou so much Dr. Thomasson, looking forward to my shoulder feeling better
