Benjamin G. Thomasson's Online Review Report Card

Dr Thomasson previously did surgery on my right knee in 2020. The results were successful and I was eventually able to return to work. I honestly believe if it was not for his expertise and his skill set I would not be currently working at my job. I did have some pain in my right knee in December 2022. He was able to get me right in , take X-rays and assure me that nothing was torn. I highly recommend Dr Thomasson for anyone looking for a skillful orthopedic who takes his time to do the right thing for the right patient. Does not rush into doing surgery and explains everything thoroughly before any decisions are made.

I am so grateful I found this clinic. Dr. Thomasson is highly skilled, as are all of his office staff. Rather than offering me another steroid shot, Dr. T. diagnosed the full problem with an MRI and fixed it. And thank you to Shirley for getting everything approved! Highly recommend.

I called and made an appointment for a follow up visit. Once I show up they charge my card and make me wait endlessly. They say they have no record of my appointment on the system, so they don’t even know what time that day they can see me, if at all. I explained I called and the appointment was confirmed. “Sam” (a gentleman that sits in the back) stated that I need to tell them the name of the person in their front office I talked to, and I have to prove I made an appointment… Then why charge my card and make me wait endlessly if you had no intention of letting me see the doctor!! Why be rude to a patient, and repeatedly blame them for the mistakes made by someone who works at the practice. Believe me no patient that is in pain wants to just show up and waste their own time. It is not the patient's job to audit your processes.

They didn’t want to see me until they could see my medical records. “After reviewing my medical records” Dr Benjamin didn’t want to see me. That’s not nice at all. After all, racism is everywhere; even in medicine smh.

My husband had a hip replacement for a skiing injury , thus we found Dr. Thomasson. He is fantastic ! A consummate professional, very friendly, generous with his time and attention…and so refreshingly practical in his approach to life and remaining active.
