Not good. Saw her for the first time and she didn’t spend but 5 minutes with me. She never asked what kind of hormone replacement I used so I left the office without my prescription. Called for two weeks and never got a call back. Not the best way to do business.

My ultrasound results were not ready for my appointment w/Dr. Lambert even though I was told they were. I wasted 2 hours of my workday. The doctor apologized and said the passwords were lost, and she will call me to discuss the results. She never did. I placed multiple calls to the facility, and no response. Changing the healthcare provider. I am simply amazed how they treat their patients. If I could, I would give zero stars.

This office went through management change at the end of January, 2021- anyone having a technical issue should not place blame on the provide- Her caring, gentle, competent bedside manner has not changed

Worst DR’s office I have ever experienced I wouldn’t recommend to anyone if there was an option for no star I would rate no star . Dr and staff has No compassion so unorganized ... DR is always in a rush basically your just a number then off to the next pt doesn’t care to listen to your needs at ALL!! although I transferred care I wish I transferred months before. Staff are rude and they never pick up the phone, Labs are entered into the portal soo late I worked at an MDO and this is definitely not how you operate your dealing with ppl and unborn babies lives...So happy I’m no longer with this OBGYN!! Word of advice your allegiance should be to care for your Pts, have compassion ,listen and provide the best level of service especially being in the business of delivering babies.

I spoke with her office in lake Mary on Wednesday of last week and was told to come in to sign paperwork, when I got there today, the entire place was closed up and the phone number no longer works! Terrible! They don’t let their patients know anything!

I was a bit nervous about scheduling my “Well Woman Exam” during this Covid-19 time period. However, after scheduling my appointment with the staff assistant, I was comforted in knowing this OBGYN Office would take care of me safely and efficiently. My wait was no longer than 10 minutes. All staff members, nurses and doctors are wearing PPE equipment; ie. masks and gloves. The nurses were kind and very professional. Dr. Lambert was compassionate and listened to all my needs. She was precise in decision of my follow up with her and my primary care doctor to be sure I’m taken care of. I’m grateful for the services her office provides and with a smile!
