List of David Rabaja's Reviews
DR Rabaja is great doctor. He has a wonderful bedside manner, cares for his patients and take time to explain the smallest of details. Calling the Clinic is one of the biggest nightmare one can experience. The front desk, the operator and everyone except the scheduler should be replaced with a robot.
There are so many bad reviews I will admit that I hesitated to go when soooo many people of Oviedo recommended him on the Facebook groups. In hindsight I did not need to hesitate. I understand that experiences are different for everyone, but wow. What an amazing person and physician. He has a sense of humor and just sense. He does not try to push crazy intervention on us, not even to just make a buck, which was my fear. He works with us on alternative options... Allowing us to exhaust all options before invasive intervention. Honestly, this is worth any wait time there may be for him. Speaking of which, we have never waited more than 20min to see him. He also takes his time to answer our questions and explain everything to us. Working in healthcare, can recognize that wait times are usually a sign of a good physician. They are sought after, and they take their time to properly assess and plan a course of treatment instead of rushing. You never know what patient may need more time than another, that's impossible to plan or know ahead. The office staff is very patient and friendly. I highly recommend Dr.Rabaja.
Excellent, caring doctor who takes his time with each patient.
Very knowledgeable but the bedside manner needs work. I received the guidance I needed but could’ve done without the sarcastic questioning about where my dentist went to medical school and being called a surgical guinea pig. Dr Rabaja expressed that he takes umbrage to providers referring patients to his office without properly explaining to them why they are being referred (in my case I was bounced around from my dentist, then to my pcp, and then referred to a specialist). I can understand how that might be annoying, but that frustration shouldn’t be taken out on a first time patient.
Honestly if you want someone who cares about you and will take the time of day to hear your concerns this is not the doctor for you. I went to Dr. Rabaja a few times over the course of a year more often than not I was left with nothing but a you’re fine and just get some over the counter medication. Such a waster of money
Dr Rabaja is actually one of the few doctors in my life who thoroughly will explain EVERYTHING instead of short answers to help me understand. I appreciate how he communicates kindly with expression and offers any insight or further help if needed.
Office staff not very helpful. They canceled my appointment without informing me and tried to blame me.
I went to another ENT in December for ear pressure and pain (which seemed to come after Covid in August). The doctor basically looked in my ears, said they were good and said it’s just “long term covid” and there was nothing he could do. I just went to Dr. Rabaja on Wednesday and MAN! He was great! The wait time was long but I am down to wait a long time if the doctor is going to take his time with you and TRULY care about helping you. He asked SO many questions and took notes and has a plan. He is not accepting the diagnosis of “long term Covid” he wants to help me!!! It’s hard to find doctors who truly want to get you better and take the time to do it, the right way!! Highly recommend!
Contrary to many of the complaints I’ve seen posted, my review is not with regard to the general office and staff. They were all pretty lovely to us. My complaint is with Dr. Rabaja directly. While we waited for over an hour to see him (with my 9 month old- the patient), I understand that can be par for the course. However, he spent less than 5 minutes with us and when I asked a question about a procedure she may need within the next year he responded that I was getting too far ahead of myself and I “wouldn’t remember” what his response was anyway. How incredibly rude and my question was never answered. Which was simply why would adenoids even be removed and what are their function. He made sure to emphasis that he “does this procedure all the time” with regard to tubes - but I couldn’t care less (as literally every ENT does) when you can’t take the time to provide adequate medical care and advice for the particular patient sitting in front of you. He also said that tube placement didn’t really matter and wasn’t “necessary” because little kids wouldn’t remember their ear infections anyway (as if infections don’t pose their own issues and children’s comfort in the moment I suppose doesn’t matter either). Needless to say, we will not be returning, and I cannot express enough how many other ENTs are in the area that actually concern themselves with proper care.
This Dr is an embarrassment to AdventHealth. He is an arrogant disrespectful condescending individual who took zero time to even listen to our daughters history and analyze the full situation. He put her ear tubes in and said he'd argue to his grave that her chronic issue were not related to her adenoids. We got 2 ENT opinions and both said they are so disgusted and appalled at the fact that this man put her under and could not tell that her adenoids were so enlarged, filled with infection and 100% needed to be removed. She now is undergoing surgery again to have them removed after we asked and questioned this diagnosis numerous times. He told me she has stomach migraines and that maybe I should start thinking out of the box box because this is not her problem and told me to see a pediatric neurologist. It took both ENT's one look with a camera to say it is definitely her adenoids. Do not waste your time or money with this Dr because is the rudest person I have ever met.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
