Diane Cantrell's Online Review Report Card

I scheduled several appointments for laser hair removal treatment on my arms and I am very satisfied with the results :) Now I feel more confident and happy after my treatment. Dr. Cantrell is very warm and inviting person and was able to help treat my other skin conditions as well! I highly recommend her to anyone! PS: the front desk lady is also very nice.

Let’s face it, it’s your body. There are too many “spas” out there that inject, laser and treat and they’re NOT doctors, nor is one supervising like the law requires. Dr. Cantrell was an ER doctor and is licensed in many procedures, including cosmetic surgery, so when it comes to my care, I trust her. I have been going to her for almost 20 years and she is FABULOUS! She’s not pushing any productos or procedures, just asks questions to make sure you have the best outcomes possible. I wholeheartedly recommend her to all my friends and family….. even people I don’t know. If you want the best, medically trained professional in Central Florida, then you found her in Dr. Cantrell.♥️

Sadly after a few year’s of going to Dr Cantrell I have to say goodbye. Reason being I missed an appt last week with my husband we didn’t realize it was that day and we are getting charge $150. The service that would have been rendered that day was $36.00. I pleaded with her asking to waive at least one of the fees and she calmly stated no, than she started bringing appts that I canceled with only 24 hrs or less in advance from 2019. I responded isn’t that the policy and she said no with them is 48 hrs, the reason I am in such need of getting this waive is first I have a son with Autism and we have been dealing with a financial situation trying to get his meds $369.00, not covered by insurance. Dr Cantrell just responded take care of that bill that mine. By the way our services at her office that day would have been $36.00 for Vit B injections. I can only assume is more beneficial to the office that clients miss appts. I understand the bottom line is always business first, but I didn’t expect such lack of empathy from Dr. Cantrell.
