My wife and I took our daughters here for the first 45 months of living in Florida. Some of the ladies that work at the front desk are helpful with certain things and I appreciate that. However when it comes to the office manager and above including the doctors they put your childs needs after their profit. Their answer to everything is maybe you should just take her to the hospital. We sent urine samples in multiple times and their communication is nothing short of horrendous. They say LabCorp picked it up already and itll take 12 days however we spoke to LabCorp and it takes them 3 days for cultures. We have never dealt with more unprofessional and condescending people since having kids. Also go ahead and call in youll be on hold for over 20 minutes every time. Youre better off going in every time you have a question Were going to Nemours Childrens Health.

Appointment is 810. Arrived 8. And check in direct.Came here to follow up cholesterols for my daughter. No body was called by 826am. . We are Still waiting at he lobby. I think I didn’t need to make appointment early. I have to make appointment at 830. Someone who arrived here 815he was called and enter see the doctor.We are still in the lobby

We recently moved so we were trying to get records sent electronically but we were unable to reach anyone on the phone. The voice recording kept directing us to the patient portal but they did not respond to our messages there either.
