Im an Oviedo native. Unfortunately I had to visit the hospital several times over the past few months. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional EXCEPT the PA. I had the same one my last two visits. Rude dismissive of my pain and had the resting B face both times.

I was a patient in the memorable beggings labor and delivery unit. Where I gave birth to my third son. My labor was very fast and furious lol. But they were ready and compassionate. I didnt want to tell the staff that I am a nurse for 19 years because I wanted to be treated like a patient and I was blown away with the level of patient education and professionalism. The support and resources for patients is excellent. Coming from a background in patient education myself I was truly impressed. The lactation nurse was excellent in her support and explaining how to get the best experience out of breastfeed and all the nurses were exceptional they actually assessed and kept track of everything. Hand hygiene here is excellent as well. The housekeeping staff was very sweet and kept our room very clean she even offered us ice water or coffee. The kitchen services were excellent as well they also had a very beautiful and thoughtful celebration dinner available for us that was wonderful. All of our food arrived hot. We really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend delivery here not only as a patient but also as a Registered Nurse.

I was so well taken care of by the staff at OMC. Really thankful. The only issue is obtaining medical records which is an unnecessarily complicated process given that they farm that out. Otherwise youre looking at five stars.

MUY RECOMENDADO Di a luz a mi bebe la atención del personal muy pero muy buena desde el momento que llegas es todo excelente todos son muy amables las enfermeras son muy amables y muy capaces en especial Claudia los doctores son muy amable te explican todo con mucho detalle y cariño te ayudan en todo para que tu experiencia sea lo mejor posible el servicio es como estar en un hotel 5 estrellas. Es realmente recomendable.

Was a great experience and I’m so grateful..The only thing that I have to say is..They need more Spanish speakers personal for my mom who was there at the same time with me due COVID was so hard and frustrated for her the communication..

Some nurse in the er yelled at me for moaning in pain when I tore my clavicle from my shoulder in a bike crash. Unprofessional. She was old too she should know better.

Nurses were very caring friendly and professional. My overall experience was great.

We had such a wonderful experience welcoming our son at Oviedo Medical Center. The nurses and doctors were so amazing. The staff was great too. The room was a great size. They even watched our son for a few hours so we could get some sleep in the middle of the night. I would 100% go there again and trust my familys care in their hands.

The experience at the Medical Center itself was excellent. Great service and the employees were very attentive. The one issue I had was when I left. There was a grounds worker taking a break with his trailer parked near the exit in the right lane. I cautiously started to pass him in the left lane when someone turned in from Red Bug quickly and almost hit me head on. It was not an ideal place to park the trailer.

The staff here is great attentive patient and very professional. Chinsia the case manager was great also and very helpful. Dont want to visit a lot but if I have to come to a hospital this is the one.
