Dr. Martinez and his staff are outstanding. I've been going here for years and have had several procedures, and I have had the best care. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. His office staff and PA are wonderful and very empathetic, and I enjoy talking to them. I have gotten right in to see them in the office when needed, and changed appointments and procedure dates with ease. The University Surgical Center where my procedures were performed is amazing as well. All of the doctors, nurses, and staff at this location are so positive and helpful, you can tell they love what they do. I was very nervous for my first procedure, and they put me at ease. For the second procedure I didn't even think twice about it because I knew how amazing this place was. Dr. Martinez and all of his staff are in healthcare because they love helping others and it shows. I highly recommend him!

I went after a visit to the ER. He explained everything in detail and was very caring about my health and future health action plan. He is bilingual which for me was a plus!

Impossible to get in touch with if you have any questions or problems. Appointments book out extremely far in advance. Seems to just be handling routine cases nowadays.

Dr.Martinez and his staff are wonderful. They made an uncomfortable embarrassing situation seem like small stuff and I really appreciated that. They run a tight ship over there and are really efficient. Top notch team from the anesthesiologist down to the nurses that took great care of me. Thank you so much

Cassandra should be trained on how to deal with patients. I used to have a lovely NP that I visited at this location .I normally get wonderful customer service. My pharmacist advised me that they sent a prescription for my acid reflux medication, over 10 days later I still did not have it filled . I called and spoke to with a very condescending , apathetic and nasty receptionist by the name of Cassandra who consistently spoke over me ,telling me that they only got the request once. She carried on this conversation forever . She decided 4 min into the phone call to advise me that I needed to seen by a provider before the prescription could be filled. I asked her why she did not state this earlier, instead of arguing the fact that they just received the request just once. The conversation was totally non-conducive to a productive and positive phone encounter. I also asked her why did I have to be seen to get a medication this simple? I also advised her, if this was in fact the case , they should have it posted conspicuously in the office or on their web site. She sarcastically told me she could email it to me. She then told me I could speak with her office manager that she clearly knew was not in the office. Once this visit is over and I receive my medication, I will be seeking a care provider elsewhere. Having to deal with Cassandra once has been enough for me Receptionists set the tone for the office. Casssandra sets a very awful tone for this office

Doctor was amazing at finding a cancerous polyp in my husband in his colonoscopy. Recommended the colonoscopy and was so happy he did when he found the reason for my husbands issues. He's a life saver.

I wish I could give him more them 5 stars, Dr. Martinez was amazing in the way he explained everything to me his super nice he made me feel very comfortable, and his office staff and the staff in the surgical center are great , so happy I found be him 😊

Amazing physician! Trying for years to figure out the reason of pain on my son, visiting 4 different doctors and Dr Martinez went above and beyond to discover a non-cancerous polyp. Right on time!! Best Dr ever!!

I cannot be more grateful of Dr. Martinez. We visited few doctors looking for answers about my son"s stomach pain. No one wanted to do a Colonoscopy except for Martinez. And for our surprise my son had a non-cancerous polyp. It was blessed that he caught it on time. No more pain. He is the BEST, knowledgeable and take time to explain everything. Friendly staff.
