Went in for a UTI. Called 2 weeks later for prescriptions that I needed refilled and was asked why I didn’t mention them at my previous visit I had 2 weeks ago. We have 3 month supplies for our prescriptions and I told her I don’t count what’s in my bottle until I see I have a few left after filling my weekly pill organizer. And Dr Jamal was not there when I went in for my UTI. It was a weird conversation. Not very impressed with how this office runs on some days. We have been patients since the fall of last year (2022). We moved here from Illinois. Thankful to be Floridians, but hoping their Medical care isn’t going to become wonky. Not really complaining but it was odd that I was questioned about calling in medication refills when needed.

Absolute worst doctor I’ve ever dealt with. Blanet disregard of client’s personal situation. Moved across the country and called to get 1 month of B.C. Refilled to give me a little time to find a new doctor (I just moved a few days ago) and he denied the request for 1 month and insisted I make an appointment to get a refill......after I clearly stated I live across the country now! SMH.
