This practice has been our primary care for years, the front desk staff is always friendly and professional.Dr Coupland and Pam are wonderful and have always treated me and my family with respect.They have always taken to time to explain any medical condition we were experiencing and made sure all our questions or concerns were addressed!

Dr. Coupland is attentive and takes the time to really listen. I appreciate that I don't feel rushed and can bring up my concerns without feeling like the clock is ticking. Dr. Coupland's staff (esp. her nurse) is also kind and truly care about the patients. Thank you all!

Been a patient for almost 15 years. Excellent care and follow. Very happy with level of care. Saved my life twice through timely diagnosis and referral right specialists.

They are not taking new patients

This office has the worst patient care and NO SENSE of time management. Very excited to go absolutely anywhere else.

I called to make an appt for my husband and the front desk was so rude. I explained that I was a patient and my husband wanted to switch his primary care and the front desk was so nonchalant and rude. I said if there a time frame that I can try back to see the doctor is taking new patient. Rudely she said again. DR COUPLAND ISNT TAKING PATIENTS AT THIS TIME. Train yall staff better to answer questions. One thing that these front desk personnel should understand is that you are the face of the company and if someone calls and you act this rude its a turn off and then no one will want to do come in to see Dr, Coupland

My mother has been coming to see Dr. Coupland for years. Two years ago, she was diagnosed with Parkinsons disease along with concurring dementia. Her dementia is severe enough that she no longer drives, but she is still able to function, recognizes her family, and can do some things. However, with her Parkinson's it is very difficult for her to bend down, and due to a recent fall she has a broken arm in a sling. Anyways, today she came in for her physical exam with my grandmother as her escort. The nurse says that my mother has to pee in a cup, and naturally my grandmother says, "well, she has Parkinsons's disorder and dementia plus a broken arm. She will not be able to pee in a cup by herself. Can one of your staff assist her?" The staff member said no! She said that is not their job. I'm deeply saddened at the lack of regard for patients with dementia at this office. Considering the affiliation with AdventHealth and the fact these are supposed trained medical professionals, why are they unable to assist with urine specimen collection of a patient? It is obvious that nurse and medical staff believe they are above some of the difficult tasks that come with treating and examining a person with dementia. Anyways, my 79 year old grandmother had to go into the restroom with her daughter and collect the urine herself. BUT HERE'S THE KICKER. DR. COUPLAND'S OFFICE DID NOT HAVE ANY GLOVES. My grandmother asked for gloves to wear while she is holding this cup to collect urine, AND THE MEDICAL STAFF SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY TO GIVE HER. WHY DOES A DOCTOR'S OFFICE NOT HAVE GLOVES/NOT SHARE THEM IN SUCH A CIRCUMSTANCE? I was apalled to hear this. Not only that, but the urine cup HAD NO COVER. When my grandmother asked where to take/leave the urine cup, the staff said "just leave it on top of the toilet. That's fine." Anyways, I hope this experience is a warning to future people who have loved ones with dementia. You may want to go to a different practictioner's office. The staff at Dr. Coupland's do not have the skills or compassion to adequately care for patients with mild-severe dementia for yearly physical exams.

I would recommend Dr Coupland for sure!

I have been seeing Dr. Coupland and Gretchen for about 6 years now. They are the most caring and thorough doctors I have ever encountered in my 53 years. They take the time to really listen and their caring for their patients is truly evident with every visit or phone call with the front desk and nursing staff. I would recommend them to anyone. They are wonderful practitioners and just amazing people.
