I have been to see Dr. Rosen many times. He is exactly what I would hope for in a doctor. It is usually easy to get an appointment and Dr. Rosen listens and explains well.

I've been a patient for over 20 years and that's been okay so far. Unfortunately, the state of the office personnel has declined recently and after a few issues with back-office staff (Cheryl), I won't be returning.

Dr. Rosen is a nice guy and good doctor. Unfortunately his staff is horrible. To many issues with them over the years to list. Snarky and argumentative. Constantly screwing up,. refusing to accept responsibility and blaming others. I can give them step by step instructions and they will do what they want to do anyway. I tried multiple times to address the staff issue with Dr. Rosen but he just defends them every time. It is because of his staff that my family is now going to a different doctor. Sad ... because he is a good doctor he just doesn't seem to care that his staff reflects poorly upon himself.

Dr Rosen wouldn’t write a note for the airline. I don’t know know if he didn’t have the information from his staff on hand or he didn’t look into it enough but instead of seeking more information he just had a staff member tell me no. I got the same note I asked him for from the VA in minutes. The VA is a pretty low bar to fall under

I have been seeing Dr. Rosen for more than 15 years. He is the best family doctor I have ever had in my 58 years. He listens to his patients, makes accurate diagnoses, and always goes out of the way to make sure your needs are met. This is true whether he is treating you at the office, referring you to a specialist, or filling maintenance medications. In addition, his front-office staff is cordial, efficient and helpful. I have visited his office probably 50 times over the years and have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. If you and your family are in need of a good doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Rosen and his staff.
