I was very upset because of the situation but was immediately comforted and met with a very kind and professional attitude first with the front desk reception and then when Hannah greeted me and walked me through the procedure step by step. And Dr. Vaysberg was amazing, professional, and with knowledgeable confidence from experience, the biopsy was done carefully and quickly. In a world where being a patient is now much like being on an assembly line, it is so tremendous to be treated like a human being. Thank you.

Dr. Vaysberg perfomed a punch biopsy for me at the Dermatology Center. He was very funny and the procedure was super quick. I really love the way it turned out: very tiny scar for such a large excision

First time to this doctor (Mikhail Vaysberg) and cannot say enough about this doctor. Timely, which is such a plus now-a-days. The exam and procedure I have had performed enough times in my life to know that he has the right touch! Patient, informative, great attitude, I could go on and on. I have to also include how handsome he is! But I digress. My visit was quick, but not too quick. No waiting, and waiting, and waiting as in other offices. He is personable, attentive, listens and discusses any of your concerns and does not have that 'I am doctor (god) complex' as so many others do have. I will recommend this doctor (ENT) highly. From now on he is the one I will go to for any ear, nose and throat issues I need checked out.

Dr. Vaysberg performed a left parotid mass excision on me. He and his staff were professional, helpful and sympathetic throughout the entire process and I walked away from surgery with no pain whatsoever. Dr. Vaysberg is straightforward and highly competent. If I have future ear/nose/throat related health problems I will be returning to him. This was the first time I have had to undergo any surgery and I could not have asked for a better surgeon.

Dr. Vaysberg is an exceptional physician, He’s treated myself, 3 of my closest friends, as well as my family members. I’ve witnessed such selfless and caring attention in every case. He made himself readily available every time, even volunteering his time during inconvenient hours, and every time we were left with peace, assurance, and a treatment plan that worked.
