My husband didn’t go to work for my appointment with doctor because we have one car They didn’t let me see the doctor they didn’t give me any reason why I can t see her I just did my bloodwork I didn’t hear nothings from them since that day for the results I called twice still nothing I scheduled another appointment to see the doctor because I was really sick my husband didn’t go to work again for me guess what? The same story can’t see the doctor they asked me to schedule a third appointment.I m still waiting for my bloodwork s results no answer.please don’t go there they don’t care about people.
I see Natalie on a regular basis, and she goes over my meds with me along with how I feel. Dr Patterson is an excellent, caring physician, and can get in for emergent care.
I called to make an appointment and the person on the line was extremely rude
He killed my son. Well, I suppose it was actually Natale Delgato, but she works for him. She prescribed medication for him with side effects that caused suicidal thoughts. She knew my son my was depressed, yet kept prescribing him Xanax. She also knew, or should have known that he had an alcohol problem. She never once suggested counseling or perhaps an antidepressant. My son shot himself in the head after taking the medication she prescribed for him. 2 days after she prescribed it.
Dr. Patterson and his staff makes you feel cared for, which they do. Very knowledgeable.
Excellent experience
I agreed to have my blood drawn their for their labs. The girl pushed the needle I believe on purpose into my vein and threw it into my elbow joint and did the same twice. At which time I got up and left..my elbow hurt with a hematoma for 18 months and was very painful.I would not go back here. This doctor has many bad reviews some much worst then mine.I suggest you go somewhere else. But like all reviews this is my opinion of my experience. It was very bad and we'll you know about doctor offices.I was very much appalled at this doctors bedside manner and his treatment of my condition and my opinions are backed up by witnesses.
CallEd the office as a new patient, and tried to make an appointment. The appointment specialist refused to make an appointment for a new patient stating there were no appointments available until late August and no physical appointments available until October. I asked her if she refused to have me as a patient she said no but she would not make an appointment. She offered no reason why she would make an appointment except to say appointments were several weeks out. It just sounds like bad business
Absolutely love them!!! They stay on top of your healthcare and referrals! Emails answered within minutes. If you need a great provider, this is the best!!!!
Extremely unprofessional. Called for help and god forbid it was on a Sunday. I did get a return call from Dr Patterson and he lectured me on how I was wrong. He said “your a big boy now” and should have been on top of this. Hey dr Patterson you don’t know the fragile state some people are in when you speak to them. You don’t know the world of hell some people are going through. So sorry for called you on your Sunday but that’s part of the job. Won’t return here. Also, the class act hung up on me. Sounds like he really cares about the people that he is treating.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
