This place is amazing!! Very clean, efficient and everyone was so professional and friendly. Nice to be greeted with a smile. Carlos the gentleman who helped me pick out my glasses was so nice. He didn’t try to “upsell” me to a more expensive pair. I highly recommend them!
Stay away if you carry Medicaid. Doctor continued to intentionally overlook my appointment. After front desk clerk took him to the side to tell him it was an hr since my appointment, he took ONE more person lol…bc people on Medicaid have no jobs or lives.
Mary is nice good attencion
Excelente! Maria fue muy atenta y paciente con mi mamá lo que permitió que ella se sintiera muy contenta con el servicio brindado.
Customer service is terrible at this location. A staff member called me same day to change my appointment time to 30 minutes earlier than the original time. I told them I wasn't sure if I could make it at that time. Tried to get there early but ran into traffic and attempted to call the office 5 times with no answer before showing up 15 minutes earlier than my original appointment time. I was turned away because my appointment was changed to 30 minutes earlier and I was now considered 15 minutes late. Could not get a straight forward explanation as to why my appointment was changed to an earlier time in the first place and was told I could no longer be seen. I even showed the receptionist the automated texts messages I received with my original appointment time but she was very rude and couldn't care less. I was told the doctor was seeing his last patient and I needed to reschedule my appointment. I will most definitely be looking for a new eye doctor as I had to schedule online for my appointment a week in advance because I couldn't get anyone on the phone at their office in the first place only to be turned away like this. Called back to cancel my rescheduled appointment and ask for the previous prescription they had on file, only for the same receptionist to scoff at my request and hang up before confirming information would be sent.
Went in to get my glasses tightened and Alfred was very welcoming and fixed my glasses in a very timely manner. Great time !
Alfred was awesome! I came in to get my glasses tightened and he was quick and very nice about it.
The appointment making process is very easy. You can book online which is a nice feature. The office is small and clean. The doctor and staff are friendly. The issue is that you will wait a long time in the office so p if you are there for an exam and glasses/contacts, plan to be in the office for 2 hours or more even with an appointment. My last two appointments I made at 10:30 and didn't leave until after 12:30 due to the doctor getting backed up with patients. Just plan accordingly as this will not be a quick in and out experience.
Mary was wonderful. Very patient while I picked frames & especially in answering all of my questions. I am on a fixed income & my Insurance covered every dime of my Cadillac frames & lenses. This is the 1st time, I was able to afford non line bi-focal & frames that turned into sunglasses. Also included no smudge, crack. The Doctor was wonderful. Took his time with me & answered all of my questions!
Was in dire need of new contact lenses. I was a walk-in and only waited for less than an hour. Walked out with a ten day supply of contacts and ordered a full year supply.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
