The front staff was helpful, clean office, and great hours for Mon-Friday working folks. 5 stars- However, the PA lacks empathy and customer service-1star. Don’t care how intelligent you are you (or think you are) you should always keep your focus on the patient, PERIOD. Otherwise you may just want to go into the insurance business. I revived what I needed (X-ray) without the cost of an ED visit and will follow up with my pcp.

I just visited here for some symptoms from being sick. Coughing up blood was the symptom I put. I also put back pain because I’ve have it for months and was worried it was related. When I saw Rachel Tallback “The DR” she literally talked to me in the rudest most uncaring way possible. She snapped at me saying what do you wanna go with the back pain or the coughing up blood. Mind you I spent $150 out of pocket because my insurance doesn’t kick in till January and I’m very worried! She didn’t help me at all with anything. She had no resolutions or answers for why I would be coughing up blood after a week long sickness. She was so unhelpful and rude I started crying and her assistant started laughing at me. I would never go there if I were you.

They are so caring and personable here! The last 2 times I've came they were both walk ins and I was seen right away. They really listen and take their time with you. They are all ears for any questions or concerns. All of the staff are super kind and welcoming which is nice when you're already feeling sick and down. :) definitely recommend

My general practitioner didn't have any available appointments and referred me here in order to have a prescription written. I was told that they weren't even sure they could write prescriptions and to try another urgent care location as they might have a different policy. How does an urgent care not write prescriptions? I was willing to be seen for whatever checks required but that wasn't an option.

MAKE SURE THEY RUN YOUR INSURANCE BEFORE YOU GET HELP. If you have Aetna it doesn’t cover with them. Per billing, this location doesn’t accept it. The other locations takes the insurance. Got billed 260$ even if I called them before hand asking them if they accept Aetna. Guess she acted like she checked my insurance is covered their. Worthless. Bait scam.

Had a terrible experience here. Went to get my arm checked out after I hit it pretty badly. Ended up waiting for 2 hours only to be told the radiologist wouldn’t get a chance to read the X-Ray they took and to just go home and rest it. Generally a chaotic office that barely left the physicians any time to spend listening to or addressing the patients’ concerns.
