I love this office! They have done wonderful with me, my grandma and my aunt. And where I love them all, my major shout out goes to Karen. This has been a scary year for my health and she has been very thorough in my care and has held my hand the whole time. She has gone extra miles for me and I know she truly cares about me as a patient and as a person.
This office is incredible. They have cared for me, my wife, and our kids for years now and are professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I love this office, the office staff/admin, and the medical staff. You can rely on Dr. Pinkal Patel and his wonderful team for medical care for the whole family!
I've been a patient of Dr. Patel for over ten years. He's very detailed and he follows up and cares about his patients. He's also a great doctor, you feel that he's very experienced and knowledgeable. His staff is outstanding. My prescriptions are filled fast and correctly. All these years I never had a single issue.
Dr patel is always attentive, informative, fact-based but still very personable. I highly recommend him to someone who needs excellent care in central Florida
Has been my Dr. for almost 20 years. My whole family goes here.
You won’t find a more caring physician in the area! If you’re looking for a professional who goes above and beyond the role of your PCP, you’ve found him. So very thankful for Dr Patel. Dr. Maniar is a fabulous pediatrician who is also in his practice.
I have been going to Dr. Patel for 4 years. Last time I was in the office I was treated so poorly and talked down to by a very immature staff member. I canceled upcoming appointment on the patient portal and stated why I canceled. I received a phone call about a week later from a staff member, NOT apologizing for how horrible I was treated but to tell me to fill out a form to release my records. The office told me Dr. Patel was aware but apparently did not care to respond to me himself or to apologize to me for how unprofessional I was treated. Maybe try treating your patients like they are human beings!!! Your response was COMPLETELY false!!! Yes I saw your signs but I did NOT have ANY covid symptoms!!! I was not asked to get tested but rather demanded while rolling her eyes, yelling, throwing up her hands, having a melt down!!! She did not listen to a word I said, but kept freaking out that I wasn't vaccinated yet. Getting tested was NOT an inconvenience and I would NOT have a problem with it IF I had symptoms but I did NOT have any listed on your signs. I was told to get tested if symptoms got worse which they did NOT. So before you respond GET YOU FACTS CORRECT!!! Maybe talk to your patient before saying I am having a tantrum when clearly your precious staff member did!!! You were not there! Stop jumping to all these conclusions when you NEVER spoke with me!!! Now you are being extremely unprofessional!!!
Kathy is a knowledgeable, professional, friendly, caring provider. This is only my second visit to this practice but my spouse has been receiving excellent care here for a few years now. The person who checked me in (assuming an MA) did not share her title or name, called me “mama” when directing me and was argumentative when I asked her to recheck my blood pressure. When she finally did after coming back to the room, the recheck was lower but she stated, “it’s about the same.” I also heard her talking about me to another coworker when she left the room. I felt embarrassed and uncared for, aside from the direct visit with Kathy. I write this as a healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience. I’m hopeful future visits will be 5 star care.
ive had went to this office about 3-4 yrs ago as a new patient told the nurse why was my reason for going to this office she laughed at my face and told me that impossible of what i was telling her made me feel very very uncomfortable i left the office crying ,then 2022 decided to give the office another chance a family member has been a patient for many many years do paper work mask on Karen tell me why im there explain to her why then she ask me the BIG question am i Vaccinated my answer Not Yet she said WHY NOT i replied Not Yet then she asked have i gotten MY Flu shot my answer No her WHY! TRY TO EXPLAIN she didint want to hear it gave me blah blah of her family got vaccinated even her 5yr old and how in the world i got this appointment to this office without getting vaccine that i sneak in this office mind you Ms, Karen was the one who made the appt. for me and not one time she ask the question and Dr'S NEW RULE IS IF YOU NOT VACCANTED you will not be seen I TRY TO TELL HER THATS I HAVE GOT THE FLU SHOT AND DID GET AN ALLERGIC REACTION TOWARDS IT THATS WHY I HAVENT BEEN VACCINE YET ..she went and told Dr.Patel that im not vaccine he came in the room and said i will be more then happy to do the EKG and Blood Work in office but i will be moving forward not to see you as a PATIENT .I look at him and said No got up and left the office again upset i try to give them another chance but the sad thing WHERE'S THE OATH OF TAKING CARE THE PATIENTS.
Dr. Pinkal Patel needs to do some serious self-reflection and take a course in Bedside Manners 101. Does the University of South FL College Medical, in Tampa, where Dr. Patel graduated from in 1998, teach doctors anything about compassion, empathy, or bedside manners? Or does Dr. Patel just lack these characteristics? My father, who has been battling cancer for the past couple of years, and is in remission, saw Dr. Patel. He asked my father if he was getting the Covid-19 vaccine. My father responded that he wasn’t as he wanted to wait a couple of years for more research to be done. Dr. Patel’s response was “What difference does it make? You probably won’t be around anyway.” I’m a licensed mental health provider, and I’m beyond appalled by such a highly inappropriate and unprofessional response. By the way, Dr. Patel, my father is a veteran, served in the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army and served in the Korean War. My father is seeking a new doctor. How would you feel if someone made a comment like this to you or to one of your loved ones? And so the moral fabric of society continues to unravel.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
