Had a good experience here. They were quick to see me kind and the MRI machine was a little bigger than others so was not too uncomfortable. Was in and out under an hour which i count as a win when doing these.
Workers Comp sent me here for an on the job injury and I was so blessed with their choice. The staff is quite simply amazing. If I ever have a choice in which imaging center to choose these folks will definitely get my business.
The staff at the Oviedo location were friendly and helpful beginning with the registration staff member. On the day of my procedure the technologist Gina was so kind and explained everything to me in a clear manner and made me feel so at ease. She relieved any worry I had. Dr Johns gave the injection and was excellent. The actual procedure was quick and painless to my surprise I had a great experience from start to finish and would highly recommend this facility.
Called and set appointment asked for quote which should be a $250 copay . They assured me would call back on charge. They did not call. Went there on good faith. Well they must think Im desperate or stupid. They insisted that the insurance company was at fault and the charge is $495. I walked out called UDI and got my scan for the $250 copay. Dont fall for their lies.
Was sent here from my ortho to get an epidural injection for my lower back . Awesome people from the front desk to the doctor that gave me the epidural . Checking in was a breeze both time I was there. The wait time was about 1520 minutes. I was then take to a procedure room and the hole walk I was being informed of the hole procedure. A lot of information was given to me and the also answer all my questions.
I had a stat order for a scan. The staff at CDI were very friendly and they had me in and out in a timely manner.
This center is very nice to use. The employees are excellent. Dr. McCain was great.
I asked the front desk lady a question about their work hours appointment options for late in the dayShe was very unhappy giving me unclear answerthen when I tried to clarifyshe just shut me off telling me your doctor will explain to you in case you need MRIVERY DISAPPOINTED
Unfortunately I came in and the appointment had to be rescheduled. But the staff was very courteous
Back in June 2019 I suffered a tore calf injury and my doctor ordered an MRI of the lower leg. After waiting a few days for insurance authorization. CDI scheduled my appt and proceeded to the exam but only to my Achilles because they said they can only do one study for one authorization number. I told them my pain was on my calf and they didnt care. The technician grabbed my leg and hurt me so bad I screamed in pain. Not only was the service horrible but I had to fight with CDI to honor the second study to my calf muscle a week later under the same authorization. Which was approved for the entire lower extremity. My calf muscle was torn with a level two tear. I had to wait this entire time for the results to see an orthopedic doctor.Watch out for this type of service from this facility. Im writing this review 9 months later and still dealing with billing issues they are trying to charge me for 2 separate MRIs.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
