This place is still charging a PPE fee for every visit under the guise its your copay charge for your visit. They are no longer utilizing all of the extra protective measures they were in Covid but still charging the fee. While its a small fee it just doesnt sit right with me nor how they are presenting the fee to their patients. I have no issues with the dental hygienist/dentist experience but their “front office” side of things just leaves me with a bad taste. And I had to pull the details out of them of what I was actually paying for since I get my cleanings 100% covered.

The office staff is courteous and friendly. My dental hygienist Sandy M. is friendly and professional. She does an amazing job on my teeth.

The only reason I’m giving this place two stars is because of Sandy she is amazing but they charge me for things that I didn’t even get done. I paid $196 and when I called they told me that was my co-pay and when I looked on my bill, my co-pay was zero so I don’t even know what I paid $196 for, they’re arguing with me over email because they charge me double for something. I do not recommend this place at all. They’re very rude. All the staff in the front are very rude. The doctors are very nice Sandy is amazing. I love her and I love her work and that’s the only person I’m gonna miss but but I am never going back to that place ever again I was about to spend hundreds of dollars at that place getting my teeth fixed and I am going to just search for another place to go. I do not recommend this place do not waste your money because they’re just gonna rob you.
