Came for a second opinion, office staff is friendly and got me in the same day. Dr. Mason may have just saved me from an unnecessary surgery.

I received good care from Dr. Mason. However, be prepared to wait! Just waited 55 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to finally see the Dr. This is the second time this has happened. Mentioned my displeasure to the Dr. Also spoke to the office manager who made excuses for the holidays, being short staffed (the Dr. is not sick) and it being a regular thing to wait in medical offices. (I don't wait that long at any of my other doctor's offices) If the office is managed well, you don't keep your patients waiting that long. It is disrespectful. The doctor needs more time allotted per patient, period! The more patients you can squeeze in, the more money made. You might have to see a couple of patients fewer in a day but they will be more satisfied with your service.

I switched doctors from Dr. Mason, I’m glad I did. Although I liked him personally, his medical practice and equipment I found to not be up to date. I was amazed at the difference in him and my new doctor.

I have been going to Dr Mason for about four months the staff in person is great but on the phone very disrespectful I'm a 66 year old great grandfather and a retired register emergency trama nures and if I should even talk to a patient in person or on the phone like these young people do today I would have lost my job years ago they wear never taught how to respect there elders they think they are on the same level as a 66 year old great grandfather and a emergency trama register nurse for more years than they have been alive it's happening all over the country the 1990 babies need to get a grip senior are hear to stay d they will become one if they live long enough.knoww as far as Dr Mason concern he's a good Dr I'm just hoping we can both get onto the same page I have Medicare and Medicaid and I worked long enough to deserve it and I'll utilize it at every Dr appointment and prescribe my medication that my insurance will pay for they know what my insurance will pay for so give me the option of medication that insurance will pay for I've been around for a long time I deserve the Respect.
