How is it possible that for you to give me an appointment for my pregnancy I not only have to provide proof (from a doctor) that I really am pregnant but also when I explain that I do not have a fax and I ask if there is no other alternative way ( to provide such proof) tell me that then it will not be possible to make the appointment.

I was registered as a new patient today, and then immediately after taking my information I got denied as a new patient because my “pre pregnancy BMI is too high.” Giselle is who I spoke with. I was humiliated and still in need of an ob.

First time visiting this office. Dr. Brown and her staff was very friendly and welcoming. Even though I really dislike going to the OBGYN, Dr. Brown made me feel comfortable. 🙂

Dr Brown is excellent. She makes me feel at ease on my visits. I feel i am in good hands with Dr Brown. Tasha at the front desk was very polite and cheerful. Nurse Miriam assisted me when i arrived and she was courteous and we spoke for a while.

Staff is very nice and Dr. Nancy Brown is kind, intelligent, and attentive. I felt like all my questions were answered.I'm a nervous wreck going the doctors especially for the first time but I was openly welcomed.
