She's been my doctor for almost 2 years now. Recently I got really sick and her office rushed to get me covid and flue tested. When I tested positive she immediately got me a covid related antibiotic and it was ready within a couple hours. A couple weeks later I was still suffering from a cough and called. Within a couple hours they responded with a medication to help my out and had already sent it to the pharmacy! What an amazing doctor!

Rushes patients out and doesn’t answer all questions, gets flustered easily, nice with patients most time but staff is miserable because the Dr. Cintron treats them like garbage yelling at them and talking down to them on a regular basis. Valeria is the rudest nurse I’ve spoken to. Has a terrible attitude and is quick to get impatient and speak out of line.

The costumer services is terrible and in general was pathetic the attention I do not recommend this place. Las secretarias son negligentes no revisan la documentación antes de ir la dra no coloca los códigos correctamente por lo tanto tuve que pagar más por mis laboratorios anuales las enfermeras no me llamaron a pesar que tenia los exámenes de sangre alterados en general patético no lo recomiendo.

Don't know why there are so many negative comments about the staff as my first visit the staff was both helpful and prompt to respond to my questions. Dr Cintron was very pleasant and the wait time was not too long. I'm new to this area so had to find a new doctor which is always a hard thing. But so far I've nothing but good things to say about Dr Cintron and her office.

She listens to her patients unlike many others. She has literally saved my husband's life while he was in the hospital after an abdominal surgery. We would not go anywhere else. We greatly appreciate her skills and her attention to details..

Llame para una cita para mi Suegra y tia, me dejaron esperando un buen tiempo (esto seria lo de menos) el caso es que cuando finalmente me atienden, me dicen q no hay citas para nuevos pacientes hasta finales de mayo. Le explico mi caso en particular, una de las citas es para alguien hipertenso que requiere sus medicamentos. Pregunto, si cancela alguien, me la pueden dar? Ella contesta: si pero usted debe llamar cada dia, para ver si esto sucede. Le digo: usted puede guardar mi numero y me avisa? Ella contesta: No, imaginese, no puedo, vemos 60 pacientes al dia, como voy a recordarla. Digo yo, para que existen las notas? La persona requiere de un tratamiento que no le puede faltar. Mala atencion, no hay empatia ni ganas de ayudar, ineficientes. La manera de como se dicen las cosas es sumamente importante. Inmediatamente llame a otra doctora donde su personal si tiene educacion y trato del cliente!

Llevo varios intentos por realizar una cita y no responden el teléfono, hoy me respondieron y me dejaron en estera por más de 15 min sin decirme nada . Muy mala atención .
