Dr Gordon is a good Dr, however, her office staff is the worst ever. They do not respond to multiple phone calls. They do not follow thru with Dr Gordon’s instructions on a timely basis. She needs to clean house and start fresh with her staff.

Dr Gordon is very knowledgeable about interstitial cystitis. She is the only one in the area with this expertise to treat this condition. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs to see a female urologist. She is very through and always available .

She only is interested in moving as many people through the office as possible. No one on one interested doctor but rather making more money.

Original visit was fine, however subsequent problems arose when she told me I would need a further procedure. I have other medical issues which required information about this procedure. After three phone calls requesting a nurse to return my calls, there has been no response. I called and cancelled further appointments and found another urologist. Five days after I cancelled the appointment, a woman from Dr. Gordon's office called to remind me of my upcoming appointment! Such neglectful incompetence from office staff reflects greatly on the doctor.

Dr. Gordon has been amazing. I had gone to Mayo Clinic and they said the operation that Dr. Gordon recommended was unlikely to work for me. I decided to go for the TURP anyway and IT WORKED great :) I highly recommend her as she has dramatically improved my life. I have gone to more than a few other doctors and am happiest with her.

Dr Gordon listened, was respectful, and was super nice. Very down to earth personality. I have been to Urologist for over 30 years and this Dr knows her stuff and listens to the patient. Her staff, extremely organized and timely on results once test came back. She had no problem with me asking questions or talking about my experiences in the past. Btw, I didn’t need her to be nice, I needed her to make sure I don’t die from Sepsis and she is available to take care of me when I need her. I am so happy I ignored reviews on some dr review sites and went to this Dr!!
