Dr Dersch has been good to work with for both kidney stones and prostate cancer. He listens and is interested in what I want to do. He is the best urologist I have dealt with.

Dr Dersch will make you very comfortable dealing with any Urology problems you may have. If you have anxiety he will prescribe meds to help you cope. Dr. Dersch and the entire team will make you feel very comfortable with any procedure. In my opinion Advanced Urology uses the best techniques and personnel. Oxford location now has its own surgical center. If I could leave a 10 star review I would.

Dr. Dersch is quite knowledgeable and reassuring whenever I have my annual checkup. And the office is very well-run with appointments running on time. I was especially impressed by Tressa at the Oxford office. This x-ray technician was friendly, polite, and explained each part of the process even telling me when she'd be moving the table a little. All in all--a fine practice.

My husband and I just moved here from Washington State. I needed to find a Urologist that was not only highly respected but one that I could feel was caring and extremely competent in handling my health condition. After extensive research online, I chose Dr. Dersch. Upon meeting with him; I found him to be professional, knowledgeable and personable. To sum it up, I am very happy with him as my Doctor and extremely confident that I made the right decision. Also, when I originally called Dr. Dersch's office in Oxford (next to The Villages) I spoke to Nicole. She was very professional and personable and was very conscientious in expediting the transfer of my medical records to Dr. Dersch's office. When I arrived for my first appointment at Dr. Dersch's office; I was greeted by Nicole. Nicole made me feels so welcome that it made me feel far less anxious. Fact is, everyone at Dr Dersch's office at Advanced Urology was personable, professional and welcoming.

Have been seeing Dr. Dersch at Advanced Urology for over 15 years and am very happy with him and his practice. By the way, Tressa, the x-ray tech in Oxford is awesome.

A Doctor is only as good as his staff. I don't like wasting my time . But, this Doctor has twice failed to allow me to see him by not being in the office I made the appointment at. Then, you don't get call back even from the office manager. Overall , a terrible experince.

Cassie was very pleasant and understanding! She got my dad in for an appointment when he needed it. I’m Glad to see such nice front staff that takes care of the older community.

Dr. Dersch is thorough, and never seems rushed. He listens, and answers your questions. He gives you all the information you need, and helps you understand what is going on in your body. He also will give preventative information. His staff is amazing! Nicole is super amazing at scheduling, Alexis is extremely efficient and a pleasant check out, Tressa is efficient and very personable in getting you ready for your appointment. They all seem to be able to cover where they are needed, and all seem to have a genuine concern for the patient. Acey, who scheduled procedures, called me before I reached my car; Wow! She is extremely fast and available! Everyone in this office has been pleasant to me every time I have had an appointment. Truly an awesome crew!!
