List of Abby Hunt's Reviews
Dr Hunt was my doctor for many, many years and I was very satisfied with her care. However, when I became a Medicare patient she made it plain that she was no longer interested in being my doctor and became very hostile. I didn’t change, my insurance did. You can draw your own conclusions.
Swift, didn’t give me a chance to answer ?? Aloof.
I have been a patient of Dr Hunts for many years. I initially saw her when she had a small office in a strip mall on Hwy 90 Pace. Back then she was kind, patient, considerate, and eager to help. But she has changed. Now comes the big new office with a couple of health care providers working with her. A large office staff (who incidentally I think are the best staff I have ever had) . She has an excellent assistant who is kind, compassionate, and listens intently to what I have to say about why I am at the office that day. Then the assistant leads me to a exam room. Enter Dr Hunt. Gone is the smile she once had, the initial greeting and questions. She goes straight to her computer and barely makes eye contact with me. She has a permanent harried look on her face like she is just trying to stay afloat. Gone is the initial ear, nose, throat quick exam. No intent on the computer and trying to get me out as soon as she can. In fact my last appointment when I was visibly very very ill, as she’s walking out of my exam room I’m still trying to tell her of my symptoms as she has her hand on the doorknob of the next patients exam room. I can only surmise, is there a quota that must be met daily? Why the rush to get me in and out of her office. I would like for her to remember that we are not a number. We are human beings who are sick and are trusting in her to help us. Never ever again shall I entrust her with my health. Incidentally she has the best office staff, most efficient and most kind and helpful staff I have ever experienced.

Dr Hunt is a true professional. Dr Hunt listens to you and checks you out 100% with each visit. Her customer service is the best. She makes sure you understand the medications she gives you and ensures you understand what you are to do do each day. Dr Hunt is the best doctor!

Dr. Hunt is very nice and pleasant and would be okay if you're not very sick. I went to her repeatedly with a low-grade fever and cough only to be given antibiotics and/or steroids each time. Only when my blood work showed I was anemic did she seem concerned enough to refer me to a specialist who found cancer! Her comment: "Well, you're a real trouper!" I've never been back!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
