Valerie Sutton is my saving Grace in this office Love her so much Refuse to use anyone else

Valerie Sutton is FANTASTIC she is the saving grace of this place. As well as Dee the medical assistant my son always sees when he has an appointment. The other office staff specifically the referral department is severely lacking. When the office staff is who you deal with 90% of the time they need to be a lot nicer and a lot more inclined to do their jobs than they are at this particular office. Dont expect them to look at your child as anything other than a number in a file.

Do not expect your childs medical records to be transferred elsewhere in a timely manner they use a 3rd party for all the recordswe have currently been waiting over a month for our own sons records ro be transferred the 3rd party is not doing their job and we are seriously considering getting a lawyer involved because of the withholding of our sons records has become very clear.....on a side note Dr.Zimmerman is amazing and i just wanted all 3 of my kids to go to the same pediatrician

I love doctor Zimmerman ♥ shes great with my kidos and their employees she has working for her are also Great with my babies as well Thank you for all the hard work youll do too keep our children safe 🙏 🤗

We have been with Dr.Z for 10 years now. We have always always loved her. She has recently sold her practice to Community Health of NWFL and we are not impressed at all. We originally were not even informed of all the new changes. We found out when we could not get a hold of her office for a appt a day she was suppose to be open. They never even changed their phone message to inform anyone. My son had strep so we went to the Sacred Heart Urgent Care that morning. When we arrive we see Dr.Z and her staff moving their office furniture into that building. We tried calling back a few days later to not be able to get a hold of ANYONE. It would ring and ring and go to a voicemail. I had to call a different office and have them help me get a appt with this new office. We finally get a new appt and dont see a single member of Dr.Zs staff. I even had to park in a spot that was not a parking spot due to lack of parking. They share a small waiting room with not only Sacred Heart Urgent Care but Occupational Medicine as well. There was no where for myself or child to sit. The waiting room situation is awful especially during flu season I would not want to take my child let alone a newborn in that waiting room during flu season for a wellness exam. The lack of parking needs work as well. At her old office there was a over flow parking area if her parking lot was full. This parking lot has no options SInce the new company has taken over its just been one thing after another as well. You can never ever get a hold of anyone to make appts. This never use to be a issue. When we go in the office we never see any familiar faces other than Dr. Z. They always have new people. Its hard to build a rapport or trust with office staff when you never see the same person. We also had to wait several months for referral authorization. They to redo many referrals when switching over to the new company which was understandable but we were never informed of any of this I had to call several times to finally get a authorization so my son could have surgery. The poor referral person was honestly trying but they knew this would be a issue. They should have hired more people for this. This company is awful and we have honestly been contemplating on leaving this practice along with the dental office in Cantonment due to these sames issues at that office I do not feel they are patient oriented at all.
