I saw Vicki Hankins last week and was impressed with her professionalism and friendliness.

Worst place ever. Constantly had to call to get my results no one would ever call me. Dr Hankins never acted as if she cared about my well being. I was the one who constantly had to push for answers which I never got. Office staff is rude. Now it’s been two weeks sad they still have not sent my records to my new doctor so I can try and get answers even though I’ve called and reminded them to send them.

I was very impressed with the quality customer service of all the individuals I met. Arika in registration made me feel welcomed and I appreciated her escorting me back for my MRI. My technician Cindy took extra care in making me comfortable for my MRI. However I was most impressed by Chantel in housekeeping. I have arthritis in my hands and was having trouble with getting the lock open in the dressing room. Chantel noticed my difficulty and offered to help me. I was so thankful. She was extremely kind and patient with me. I always enjoy being treated at West Florida Hospital.

Dr. Messick is by far the best doctor Ive dealt with since Ive been in Pensacola. Hes very pleasant to deal with explains everything clearly and makes sure you leave the office with all questions answered. God bless Dr. Messick and his staff
