Dr Ates was very nice about a problem i had and helped with it immediately.
Dr. Holbrook is very through, especially about diabetes. If you have Type 2 diabetes or are concerned about diabetes I would highly recommend her.

He’s always running late but he does take the time you need. He doesn’t rush and has always answered all my questions.

Awesome Dr and great people
I’ve been going to Dr. Ates for about 5 years . I am very pleased with the care that he & his staff have provided . Dr. Ates is a great doctor !
Can never get prescriptions called in I’mA diabetic still haven’t had my long acting injection called in for five months. Constant battle with leaving multiple messages myself and pharmacy. When refills are called in finally they are only for 15 days or thirty days. Most dr’s make it convenient and call in 90 days at a time. The only way to have a medication filled is talking to office manager it seems. The medical assistant never returns calls ever !
Great service, Dr. Ates takes time to listen to his patients. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
