Dr. Nall is fantastic. She always takes the time to listen to any problems you have and is very compassionate. She is very thorough and gets back with you quickly if there are any issues you need to be aware of.

We love Dr Nall. She is always friendly, caring, and professional. She treats everyone in our family. She is always welcoming and shows concern with any questions we may have. Great bedside manner. The best. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great family physician.

Great doctor

Dr. Nall is amazing! She listens to you and really cares about you. You feel like you are family. She’s Incredibly smart and will keep working with you until she knows what she’s dealing with and then attacks that issue. I highly recommend her as your primary care doctor. She cares!!

After waiting 2 months for an appointment, they wouldn’t see me because I was 7 mins late. Tried explaining I work an hour away in gulf breeze and traffic is unpredictable. Could careless! Don’t waste your time there are plenty of other offices that have compassion and understanding.

She is very patient and concerned, doesnt rush appts.

The office can be quite difficult to navigate sometime for getting refills and other questions, and your waiting time, now that they take walk-ins before COVID are like a military medical facility were you wait 20-40 min to get into an exam room, then another 10-15 minutes before the doctor come in. So I give the office staff 3 stars.However, my physician Dr. Nall is fantastic, absolute faith in her diagnosis, she listens, does not try to rush you out, and give great care and referrals as needed. Dr Nalls is a 5 stars for me!

Now this review is not just about Dr. Nall but all that work there. These people care nothing of your health. They just want your money or your health insurance money. I went there to get a physical and have paperwork done for a job. I was told I had to make an appointment for that which I made two because they refuse to sign because they couldn't give me a tb test and bloodwork. I got my bloodwork done TWICE and they still won't sign off. They said that I had to go elsewhere to get tb test done which I have to pay for and then make another appointment with them which I have to pay for again for the third time in order for them to sign off. They are scammers for your money. I will never go there again. Now I have to start over somewhere else. This was a waste of my time and to know that they would let me know how my blood work was if a job wasn't involved makes me believe they did this to sabotage my chance from getting this job. They are sickening. And to add to this, I find it pretty funny that other health establishments in the area have available tb test except for this one. I believe they're lying.

I have been with Dr. Nall for almost 4 years and I like her very much. She and her ARNP Amanda McBride are excellent providers. Thank you.
