List of Alex Pulido's Reviews
I started going to Dr. Pulido a few years ago after my previous doctor kept making unkind comments about Palatka’s racial makeup. I knew I had the right doc, watching his treatment of others less fortunate than myself. I credit doc and Bridget for diagnosing me correctly and ensuring I got the specialists I needed. All the peeps who have a nasty attitude about his office staff are projecting their nastiness to the ladies. They have Always been kind and professional in all my interactions to date.
I am a life long resident and long time business owner in Putnam County. I have also been a long-time patient of Dr. Alex Pulido. For almost a year, I attempted to get a physical. Still, his office canceled several times due to them not being open for office visits from COVID 19. When the office did open, I had to cancel due to being exposed to COVID 19. I was even patient with his office when they canceled because their own office staff had COVID 19. I called to get a tela-visit and was told Dr. Pulido would have to call me back. When the manager called me, I was informed, I was being dropped as a patient for canceled appointments. I even made the office manager aware of the situation. I was told " they were making exceptions for office visits for physicals," which I was not informed of when they called to cancel my appointments. I am an understanding person, but if his office is going to cancel due to COVID19 numerous times, please do not blame me for it. Be very careful with this doctor; their office communication is poor to nonresponsive. There are many great physicians in Putnam County; my suggestion is to review the several before choosing this doctor.

I am currently in the process of moving to Florida. A wonderful lady at my bank recommended him. I am so glad she did. He was very though and calm and nice. I went back and met his nurse practitioner Briget, she was wonderful, and very easy to talk too. Just loved dealing with her!!! I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a new Dr. His staff is also extremely helpful and nice.
Office staff sent for test, bone doctor said should have been in therapy loss f bone and deformity. Told use shampoo for scalp i insist nanobots another doctor has to prescribe antibiotics and antibiotic ointment low immune had staph 7 month's spread to lungs and nose bad for copd patent
I want to thank Dr. Pulido for everything he does with and for me, and the things he has done that I couldn't dream of. Bridget is an incredible asset to the office as well. She has done some amazing things when he has to work with the other patients.
Dr. Pulido is a wonderful, caring doctor. He is very thorough and listens to your concerns. I have been with him since the beginning and it took him a while to get a good office staff.
his whole staff was attentive to my needs. his manner with me and "he listened to me". I hated to leave his care as I had to move; but if I would ever need another primary doctor I want one like him.
Dr Pulido seems to order a lot of unnecessary tests. Even though I have a deductible and copays to consider. Out of the entire office staff there was one friendly employee. The employees at the front desk are rude and information about scheduled tests or the medication you are required to bring every visit or other personal info is discussed openly with you with the whole waiting room able to listen in on the conversation. I went for three visits and then found a new primary physician.
Changed my mothers blood pressure pills (made sense) her feet swelled. Sent nurse in place of himself to follow up. We Informed nurse this happens with change in blood pressure pills as it had in the past. Next thing we know they have scheduled her to see a foot doctor. This happened on second meeting. 86 year old needs better follow up then that.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
